Comfortable, neat and clean. Staffs are extremely courteous. Services are very fast and commendable. At the heart of City Center. Food and beverage options are also quite good. Awesome breakfast with plenty variety of items. Enjoyed the stay for two weeks.

Rooms very nice and spacious. Flat iron and Ironing desk in every troom, which is nice from the perspective of a business-traveler. Perfectly clean room and bath. Reception desk and bar personal very helpful and friendly.

The best place for stay in central Kosice but still many things need to be improved. Especially the service on reception desk. As the room and the room facilities were excelent for this hotel standard and I really enjoyed the cleaning service and the downstairs restaurant I do not find the client service on the main reception desk fair enough. The young lady was arrogant and simply rude. Fortunately the shift changed at the evening and thy very nice guy helped me fast and easy without any excuses.

We stayed at Double Tree for 3 nights to attend our Sons graduation. In the time we were there we had excellent service, the breakfast was good and the staff were so accommodating with all of our requests.

Doubletree by Hilton Kosice 4 is located in the historic centre of the city next to the main attractions. Very nice hotel.

High level of services and comfort. Fully recommend, one of 3 best hotels in Kosice, they do have a quite small rooms but cozy and everytime 100% clean. Small gym with new equipment and wellness with hot tub. Fully recommended.

Located just in the heart of the city… all Transport options are available. So connectivity is not an issiue. Restaurant could be better. The food we ordered was not cooked well…

I visited Double Tree hotel for business and I found all services that I needed. Clean rooms and good resturant service.

Conveniently located at the heart of Kosice, this nice hotel includes a restaurant (with a few vegetarian options which was nice) and a bar. My room was clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem would be the price, honestly a bit too high.

We booked 4 rooms with half board package but receptionist told us they never offer any half board package before. At last, we got our lousy, low grade dinner what the Manager called traditional Slovak dinner without any chooses menu. This is the worst ever dinner in my Europe travel experience. Never ever walk in again.

Personnel needs more training. One employee (man) made an offer and then came other (woman) and said it was nothing available and we should go to another hotel.

Tiny but comfortable rooms with nice, firm beds. Service rather disappointing — worst example being defective ironing board which was not fixed or replaced despite promises to do so. Reasonable breakfast selection but hot items only lukewarm.

Staff were so friendly and helpful and the disabled room and facilities are excellent — The hotel was amazing and is Kosice people so nice and helpful the city is full of culture and a true delight — well worth a stay and a visit.

I stayed here for a week on business and I liked it. Room was nice and quiet. The location is premium and there are lots of good restaurants around the area. It would have been 5stars but the Hotel Restaurant was pretty rubbish. You get better quality, atmosphere and range in any of the surrounding restaurants. Le Colonial is pretty OK.
