Younger and completely renovated "brother" of the "old style" Radisson down the street, amazingly kind people working there, from the reception to the cleaning staff, piano in the lobby, sweet rooms… center of the center, great location.

The hotel is strategically located, has parking which, although expensive, is very comfortable. The rooms are nice and clean, like all the rest of the property but we had a number of problems from the arrival: down system, waits to check in, keys disabled for their management issues, shower no support products, the bathroom fan that never goes off, air conditioning of no intuitive use, not even a ticket of information anywhere in the room. However, these are all problems that can be solved with a little more attention to detail.
They also turned out to be quite lonely in solving problems.

Ps: The pool pays off even if it is not clearly specified on some booking sites.

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment with my family, its really convenient spacious modern and clean, nice river view. The front desk team was really helpful. The only annoying thing is the parking charges.

Review as of July 2018 — My husband and I got concerned with the reviews about this hotel with a 3.2 rating. However, the reviews are hysterical and doesn’t justified the rating of this hotel. The hotel may look out of place in the old town but it is truly convenient in the old town. We got access to restaurants, transportation, and a good breakfast. The hotel is newly renovated. The room that my husband and I stayed in is spacious, clean, and modern. We like the new spa and gym. Also, the staff is really kind and helpful. This hotel has a lot to offer. Overall, the previous reviews may be concerning but the hotel is clean, modern, and spacious. My husband and I are truly satisfied that we stayed in this hotel and would for the future. Thank you!

The hotel is in the middle of the city, very good location. New numbers. It's all clear. The staff speaks Russian, English and Slovak. But be prepared for the fact that the rooms do not have a shoehorn, napkins for cleaning shoes. There are no discs for removing make-up, cotton buds. Body lotion. Hair conditioner. Little things, but unpleasant. Just robe and slippers if you need to ask for reception. So stock up on the little things and the hotel will not disappoint you. Breakfast by the way is very good.

Booked this hotel in February for a stay on Easter. Happens that this hotel never opened, no mention about that on their website, nor was I informed about that. Tried calling them several times and nobody picking up. Have never seen such catastrophic customer management at any of the several hotel chains I've stayed at. If I hadn't been suspicious prior to my stay, I would have travelled to bratislava ending in front of a closed hotel.

Value for money! Maybe the best hotel if you go on Christmas period. Ony some steps away from the bigest christmas market and the atraction of tje city.

This hotel is actually closed because the recent refurbishing does not meet local city regulations. The hotel owner is refusing to comply and instead is funding attack ads threatening legal action that would bankrupt the city. It is therefore unclear when it can actually open. By booking a room at this hotel in the near future, you are at risk of having your reservation canceled. You are also aiding unethical business behavior.

The ugliest building around. The owner didn't respect the historical surrounding of the hotel and created this hideous facade.

Owner didnt have money and dont have taste, thats why after reconstruction this hotel looks like prison building.

Please dont go here, this hotel ripped a huge scar in look of Bratislava downtown.

Absolutely disgusting "rennovation" whole Bratislava will have to look at for long upcoming years.

Horrible reconstruction of hotel, very cheap design, not suitable for center of the Old Town. Rather destroy all building, because this is big shame.

Well I've not expected anything great, but this has overcome my worst expectations. Public pressure will hopefully make you do some improvements on the design especially when considering its location!

Booked a room here only to find out completely by chance they over ran on renovation work, two weeks before I was due to arrive and had I not, Id have turned up having paid for a closed hotel! Maybe let booking agents know next time. Very poor.

Pros: good location, free parking lot on the premises (it was offered, but we did not use it as we arrived by plane). cons: hotel is not clean and a little ran down. Rooms are smaller than advertised. Windows are quite bad/old and there is noise coming in from the street. Spa and gym had special (late) opening hours — from 9 due to the holidays. Though I fail to see what holiday is on the 29th and 30th. On the 31st and the 1st the spa and gym were open only for 6 hours, a little disappointing. Not all staff does fully understand English — even simple requests like the hour for calling a cab. The cleaning stuff does not speak nor understand English. When cleaning the room, they added new tea bags — as we used 1, but did not clean nor replaced the dirty tea mug. They did however took my laptop keyboard protector (! ) and did change our towels — although they were not on the floor. When we notified the reception about the missing laptop keyboard cover they called the housekeeping. Which didn't knew where they put it. And all we got was a sad smile. And last but probably not least, the breakfast buffet was pretty basic and not really appealing. Also, no special foods for the 1st of January. Really not a 4-star hotel, anyway not by Radisson standards.

Unworthy of a Park Inn… dilapidated, dirty carpets, Deco of another age, gloomy lobby. Wi-Fi paid and very slow. Only positives: The staff charming and efficient and the location.

Good hotel with many amenities for the cheap coming out. This well located, has swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi free breakfast buffet included in the price. The only thing that the Wi-Fi does not work very well, but the truth is that the hotel is great and the staff is friendly and attentive. Recommended.

Only stayed for a night, did the job for our short stay. Did not feel clean — carpets very dirty. On the up-side they do have a pool and jaccuzi.
