First time for the hotel and the team at the front desk and Italian bistro is very helpful.
The room is very clean and well organized.

Go out of their way to be helpful, food at their restaurant, "Toscana", is always freshly prepared, and a great location if attending Slovan hockey matches.

Stayed here twice in July 2018, once using points and once as a paying guest. At 10, 000 points for the Deluxe room, this hotel is a bargain. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There were a few extra touches such as mouthwash and slippers which add to the luxury of the stay. We were able to check in early which was a great help. Unfortunately, the cleaner tried to burst in at 9.30am without knocking! Fortunately the door was on the latch. This was a really bad experience. Receptionist was very apologetic. The second stay was a regular room. Perfectly fine, so no complaints. I'd like to pass on my thanks to Martin at reception who checked us in and organised a taxi for us at 4.15am ensuring it was one we could pay by credit card. He was extremely helpful, very polite and professional. All in all, a quality hotel.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Large, clean rooms with every amenity you can imagine. Great pool and sauna facilities. We will definitely stay longer next time.

Excellent hotel. Stayed for a few days and not one complaint. Room was lovely, staff very helpful. Bus stop very close so getting to the old town is very easy. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Bratislava again.

Definitely a place to stay again. The rooms are open and light-filled. The breakfast has various different types of food. I really enjoyed my stay.

The worst hotel in Bratislava by now. Pricey rooms, terrible food and incompetent service at the desk. They take 50€ for each key as a deposit which they might return in 2 weeks. I have never seen such practice, ever. You better choose some other place to stay. Two days later: they don't even pick up the phone! Just amazing.

Lovely hotel but not unexpected for DoubleTree Hotel. Bratislava it is a nice city and I am sorry that I didn't had time enough to visit more as travelling for business and my stay was short.

Very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Bratislava. Wonderful breakfast and decent facilities. However guests garage is quite expensive. Besides, the personnel are not really polite and helpful.

Hotel is modern, rooms are clean, breakfast is amazing. Higher floors have a fantastic view. Location is not far away from the center. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely foyer and conference rooms. Bedrooms look outdated and worn. Some member of staff were quite rude. Parking very expensive. Double charged us items from the bedroom fridge. I expected much more.

It is a good hotel but it is far from downtown. The dining room is small and if you go to a conference with a lot of people, do not fit all at mealtime and you have to do shifts.

The hotel is relatively modern, the staff very friendly and satisfies every wish. We always enjoyed the breakfast, as there is a wide choice of food. The only point of criticism is the wellness area, which is too small. The water in the pool could have been a few degrees warmer. We were lucky because there weren't so many guests in the hotel over the new year, but it was sometimes close to the pool chairs. I would go back to this hotel.

Amazing! Food is great, gym open 24/7 makes huge difference amongst others. The one that stands out the most is the hair dryer! I will come back to this hotel every time just for this!

Hotel is very nice. It’s very clean and quality is great. The facilities were clean, like the gym and pool which we used. The only thing I was disappointed in was when I first checked in I was told I had free breakfast included, but that was not true. I was told I had to pay. Also for some reason they were not able to provide a proper receipt with nightly rates because of this it may not be a good option for a business stay. I would not stay here again because of that although it was nice.

It's a good hotel, no exec lounge. The staff are friendly and always smile. The room was clean and quiet. It's a reasonable distance from old town, but what's 3€ for two. The bar closes at 11pm on Sunday, not good if you arrive at the bar at 2240! Overall I would recommend it.

The hotel is quite nice. You get an impression that it's a big hotel (especially if it's by Hilton), but when calling for assistance or room service you quickly realise that it's not that big. The rooms are nice and clean. There is plenty of parking too (some free and some at a fee). The swimming and sauna was an amazing extra to our short stay in Bratislava. The staff was helpful. Overall I do recommend this hotel.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in! Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are very comfortable. The Staff was amazing, I felt extremely welcomed at every point of my stay. Outstanding service! I wish I could've​ stayed​ longer. I'll definitely come back in future. I can highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Bratislava for every type of travelers.

It's an awesome hotel! Very clean, we stayed in room 811 very nice with stunning view. Breakfast/dinner were delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. City centre is not that far from hotel. We love your delicious cookies! I would recommend this hotel to everyone as is in good area. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back again xx.

I was expecting quite a bit more from this place. Staff was very slow, food wasn't tasty at all — all and all disappointing.

What a nice hotel this is! Spent two days on business here. Was totally impressed by it all. Hotel, quality of furnishings, restaurants, staff etc etc. This is honestly one of the better hotels I have been to in a very very long time. And, I spend many nights in hotels. I can only recommend it.

Lots of broken / non working stuff (airco not workung, lift doors not closing, inconsistent shower temperature,. ). Staff is friendly, but technical maintenance is behind. Restaurant and breakfast are good. Nice rooms. Nothing interesting close at walking distance. Wi-Fi works great and is free.

Hotel itself was OK, the Wi-Fi coverage in rooms on 8th floor was very poor, breakfast staff OK but just one person spoke reasonable level of English. Reception friendly and helpful. Fitness staff on rude/aggressive side ("what do you want here" approach). Dinner restaurant — nice if you prefer to stay around, attentive service.
