Hotels in Philipsburg with Breakfast

Beautiful hotel and location. The front desk staff is not very friendly; they always seemed bothered by any questions, but were helpful in arranging for taxis.

Did not overnight. Ate lunch today at their outdoor restaurant/bar. Good mahi mahi taco lunch with side fries. Food was good but took one hour and three quarters till our order was finally served.

We had an overall awesome vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. The property itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views everywhere you turn.

I will add that signing a receipt for everything served to you (even though we were all-inclusive) gets really old.

We rented day cabana. Good value, clean cabana. We went to upper level and got Cabana on end to have beach view. Very happy with this experience.

We stayed at the the Seaview Beach Hotel last year on 28th March and won't stay anywhere else on St Maarten.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and had a lovely time! Our room was recently renovated and was beautiful. Spacious, clean, and comfortable!

Beautiful location right on the beach in Philipsburg, St. Maarten — walking distance from the marina & a lot of ocean tours/fishing experiences. Excellent service. We will definitely be back.
