Worst experience ever! We booked in good faith and according pictures we saw on agoda (unfortunately forgot to check the reviews) — it was not even the cheapest option so we thought it will be ok. We arrived there at midnight exhausted and were shocked by the place… first it was the smell — horible all over the place! The room was very ugly and dirty, ac did not work properly, pillow case had stains, toilets and showers were absolutely disgusting and for the very end there was the biggest bed bug jumping on the pillow. Ypu can imagine that by 1 am we escaped to next door and paid triple the price just to get some sleep… horrible experience — now agoda and hostel refuse to refund the money paid despite the sent pictures — bunch of thiefs!
