The hotel is good but feels old. The buffet spread is good. Housekeeping is good but not the best I've experienced at other Holiday Inn hotels. Hotel reception is way too slow and at times do not care about customers. I remember having to call them 4 times to get my laundry delivered, after 1st call they didn't not answer the other, it just kept ringing.

Location of the hotel is very accessible via public transport. Service staff was polite when we first entered the hotel. Had dinner over at the atrium restaurant and they serve a vast majority of seafood. They were very attentive and patient with much of our request. Will definitely return again.

The place is gold gold! They have a gym & pool, do visit them. They serve such an awesome continental breakfast buffet! Rooms are cool, they even provide you with smart phone which has internet and can make international calls. You can carry it with you outside the hotel but you gotta keep it undamaged and return it otherwise they fine a lot! They have such a nice bar with a singer in the evening singing beautiful songs!

I loved the service here, starting from their ambiance, it is very fabulous, u can get the amazing view while having breakfast or dinner. Their rooms are also very clean Nd classy. Complimentary breakfast is very delicious having thousands of variety, omelette muffins cakes everything is mouthwatering. Loved my stay here also outdoor swimming pool lets you njoy very much. A perfect gym is what I will call as a cherry on top.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean. I love the pillows and the bedsheets.! Sooo Soft and big pillows. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good. The hotel is located in an area very close to the Singapore river, perfect location for walking jogging, have a drink, shopping around.

Went to the lobby bar for a meeting with a client. Bar sold decent locally brewed IPA and gave us bowls of crisps and pop corn, service was good. All in all what you would expect from a lobby bar in a 5 star hotel in a city like Singapore; great service, quality and just OK ambience. They had a buy one get one free offer on for happy hour which is always welcome. Would go again.

The best breakfast buffet you would ever see. My room was at the 18th floor and the view was breathtaking I spent most of my time looking out the amazing Skyline. There are many hotels nearby like 4 points by Sheraton. But I preferred this. As shops are available inside. And there are three clubs in the hotel according to the price. One is an all Chinese club that is strongly prohibited for tourists. If you don't find anything in the hotel, there is a small shops in all the direction of the hotel as the hotel is in the centre of the main hotel area. The shops have everything from chips to cigarettes.

It had a good variety of food ranging from meat to seafood and all of them tastes ever so good. Service wise was fast, efficient and friendly. Loved it! But note that the price is considerably expensive as compared to other buffet style restaurants.

Old building use as Concorde shopping centre, was sort of fused with the hotel… Saw some travel agents n massage parlors and couple of convenience store/ mini-mart… Few educational centre /consultancy oso rented this down at heel place… Nothing fancy… Probably need a revamp soon.

I went there for the dinner buffet. The dinner was great. I love the oysters. They were very fresh and delicious. Additionally, they have this chilli crab that is amazing too. In overall, the food is amazing and worth the price.

Service is good, very friendly employees. Rooms are good, even enough space for 2 adults amd a child. Safe and fridge in the room. Public transportation nearby.

A very beautiful, clean, and safe place to be here in Singapore. I've been here many times. Working as a US Merchant Marine Officer, I've been in and out of Singapore for the last 5 years. A bit expensive if you don't know where to go. But over all, a great place to visit.

The atrium inside the building is grand. Truely Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. Good service starts from reception. Big size rooms compared to Singapore standard at the price it's offered. Every room had a view and higher floors gives a stunning view of the city skyline.

I stayed here for 2nights, maid had doing everything clean. They gave you so many pillow soft one and firm one. Breakfast is quite good. There are a lot of kind to choose. Although it looks old but still clean.

It's a pretty old hotel but the washrooms and most area have been refurbished and updated which is nice. However the banquet service is not so fantastic. They either don't serve u drinks or they don't refill your glasses. And I'm not talking about alcohol. Just soft drinks and tea. Other than that the food is acceptable.

The nicest place to be. Spectacular interior… magnificent lifts. Lovely rooms. Helpful staff. Beautiful place. Bar prices a bit high.

The location is relatively easy to locate. I'm there to visit a tailor that is located there. The tailor there is really good and I recommend it. Will post more feedback when I am back to collect my suit!

This is not my first time to Holiday Inn Atrium. Location is pretty accessible. However with the ongoing roadworks, it can be quite easy to miss the entrance/carpark of the hotel. Attended as the best man of a friend's wedding. Was appointed as the main coordinator with the banquet manager. Overall was smooth although with some hidcups but was solved eventually. Service staff during banquet were young. Probably part-timers. Could have done better with better experience or proper training given. Overall experience was pleasant.

I had expected more for this price Staff were super friendly and a good service. Late check out was no problem Small room that could use some maintenance. The bathroom was not very nice. Holiday Inn just bought an old hotel. I think it was the Glass Hotel before. Just changed the reception to green colour and no updates of the rooms The restaurant. 80 Dollars for a spaghetti Meat sauce and a small chocolate cake plus tea. I was chocked, the most expensive spaghetti I have ever had.

The staffs are friendly and approachable. They will attend to your needs and treated you like VIP. The Bellboy will carry your luggage and when you open the hotel room, you can send a nice smell coming from the room and the bedsheets and room are well clean. Thumbs up for Holiday Inn.

Ate at atrium restaurant for the wagyu buffet. The food quality was excellent, options were great. Would go again! Good for family dinners and celebrations.

Location is great. Just at the outskirt of the City Centre, it provides convenience to town but maintains the peacefulness and serenity. Although there's no access by the MRT but there are many buses which plies to various areas. Food quality is pretty good and the hotel is quite well maintained given its age.

Had dinner at atrium restaurant as they are running a promo. Ambience and service is ok, but food ran out pretty quickly and it took a while to replenish. Place is not very accessible by public transport.

God's place for a quick drink and dinner. The location is superb, it is near to the town centre and the Central Business District and Orchard Road.

Accommodation is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are well maintained and easy to access. The food at the restaurant is well prepared and there is a wide variety to choose from.

I've slept here for two nights, and I have no complaints whatsoever. The food is excellent, and the hotel is beautiful. I especially love the elevators. The rooms are nice and provide everything you need. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our time here. A few teething problems to start with around room configuration but the were happily resolved. Good breakfast. The atrium is really very spectacular. Great having a little convenience store right next door. Walking distance to a hawker food center. Deluxe rooms with own small lobby worked as well or better than interconnecting.

The glass elevators in this atrium style hotel are the best part of the hotel. It will keep everyone in the family entertained. Go to the 27th floor for the best view. The staff are very professional and friendly. They have great customer service with a smile and helpful responses to your questions. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast is awesome! There are like 30 options! Stayed here for a conference and seemed like there were other business people here too.

Good Hotel… not too far from the Metro. About 10 Min Walk.

With a nice view to the 18th the breakfast and the services are great the Wi-Fi is very fast and the pool is good.

Good hotel, adequate housekeeping.
The restaurants are of a good standard and it is easy to walk to Chinatown or Quay.

Monumental Hotel on more than 25 floors. Buffet breakfast rich and varied. Very modern lobby and friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

The place is quite ok for a banquet of 30 pax. The staffs (waiter and waitress) are not well trained. Not very attentive, the food there are so so.

This visit was mostly to meet people, so it was easy interaction with the hotel staff. However, those who stayed, they loved it. The hotel provides a free mobile with free International calls and local 4G data.

Such an amazing hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean modern rooms. Perfect for a a wonderful stay.

Best Holiday Inn I've been to! The service is excellent. The hotel is stunning. The only downside is that there is a slight walk to the nearest MRT station. They do have a free shuttle but there are few times, so is a little inconvenient.

A decent destination for a short getaway. Not particularly luxurious and quiet far from public transportation.

Comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in the area, closer to river valley and direct bus and taxi to orchard road and downtown business district. For entertainment and relaxation after a long business or leisure day, couple of nightclubs next door, tons of spa and massage outlets attached next to hotel.

The lobby is great. Rooms are a bit small in size, but the amenities are good. Swimming pool is great. The buffet breakfast spread is filling.

OK but not close to MRT and you can do a lot better for similar money. Most likely more suited to businessmen who hail taxis for travel. If a tourist, stay elsewhere near a MRT. Probably the most disappointing hotel we have ever stayed at in Singapore.

Not as good as it once was. Rooms a bit tired. Poor service in lobby bar. Price on the high end of similar hotels locally.

Went to Singapore for 5days. Breakfast is good, Lunch and Dinner is very expensive; I prefer the Restaurants and Bars down the River (about 10min to 20min walk). Rooms are clean, but the Hotel itself is quite old; dont expect a lot of luxury.

Am right here having dinner right now at atrium restaurant right at this moment as I write this All the reviews u seen on the web are fake They are probably paid 1) theres no chilli crab at all, only chilli frozen prawn and frozen cuttlefish 2) they serve smoke duck that is still frozen and not thaw 3) tonight is suppose to be bbq seafood night as per the advertisement they had on every table but I went to the bbq area and they are only doing chicken and beef satay, no sight of seafood Utterly disguested and disappointed.

Excellent service and the food and everything (bought breakfast), a child 7 years provided free breakfasts. Have traveled during the period from 2 to 6 January, two adults and a child. Provided the room with two single beds, one double bed. Recommend to stop everything. The location is excellent, all within walking distance.

Very nice hotel, good location, Clarke Quay, Singapore is close to the River, quiet, clean, breakfast good, the only drawback is that not in the subway.

Nice hotel original interior disposal, staff really friendly. Room OK not more. Good Hotel location as not fare from Clark Quay, river, and China town at 20 minutes by foot.

I went to singapore for four days. We stayed at this hotel. They kept tea party. We met new friends there and there are swimming pool and more! if you go to singapore don't miss it. But there is one dissapointment for vegetarians that is there is more non-veg than veg. But there is veg also. You can go to nearby hotel to eat dinner. Lunch and breakfast there itself. Don't worry breakfast will be most of all veg like muffins, salad, cereals. Lunch you can order like fried rice, gobi manchurian etc. Don't miss it.

On the lower end of 4*. The highlight is the glass lifts up to the rooms. Location is awkward — — 1hr walk to CBD and not close to the subway. Ended up taking taxis all the time.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. Just needs to improve breakfast which is same everyday. Stayed for a week in November 2013.
