Quiet ambience plus helpful staffs.

Worst hotel I have ever been. No room service no water. Staaf is way to rude. Someone even stole my stuff when I was not in hotel they didnt even asked me for my room cleaning when I was out.

Room is so comfortable, clean. And the staffs really nice and friendly. Was so employable staying there more then 3 weeks.

A nice, comfortable and centrally located economy hotel next to Police Heritage Museum and Police Headquarters of Singapore. Nice compact rooms will all facilities and friendly staff. I am an old IBIS customer globally.

Good place. And good breakfast buffet. I love the free use of handy phone with 4G that I could bring outside the Hotel and can use the Hotspot Wi-Fi connection with other gadget, this had helped me to navigate my bus, mrt and places.

It's a peaceful place to unwind and relaxing. Good food is available of your choice…

I'm glad that I lived in ibis novena from Jan. 2nd to 19th. Everything as good as last year. The friendly service and greetings of the hotel staff. Near the MRT, and there is a shuttle bus.
The breakfast was delicious. Jolin always asked me if I needed something else. Housekeeper Lulu give me a comfortable room.
Next time I hope I can live ibis novena again.

Nice clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Our room are of decent size with slightly smaller shower area. Good location for food as well as transportation. Will surely stay here again.

1. Very expensive hotel for the service they offer and the infrastructure. 2. Rooms are good, small, but its usually like this with every hotel here. 3. There is no room service available here. 4. They don't provide mineral water. Only tap water and that too you need to collect from reception area or restaurant (as there is no room service) 5. Housekeeping doesn't replace toothbrush and utilities. You need to to always get that from reception area 6. Even if you have booked online and fully paid, you need to deposit $50. 7. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful, so this is a plus point. All in all. You can find better places with same or less budget like hotel boss, hotel ramada. They are 4 star properties. Bigger rooms. Have gym, swimming pool and much more to what ibis novena offers.

A good place to stay. And free service to metro. Edit : I have increased the rating, now I feel like visiting it again since memories are really good, cool atmosphere and a good locality makes it liveable. We were also lucky to find an Indian restaurant nearby, thus making our stay comfortable. Staff was courteous enough to help and their English was pretty much understandable.

Reception is not very friendly. Rooms are very small. Washroom is ultra small. No drinking water only tap water for drinking. Buffet breakfast has very less variety and not even a single Indian dish. Can't get taxis from here, have to go all the way to zhongshan mall for taxi.

There's no gym or swimming pool here but the room was pretty good. The design of the room is nice and you will enjoy the view here below. Room service is at their top quality and house keeping too as well. Reception is very helpful. Breakfast buffet here is excellent too. Not too much of variety and definitely the quality is good. Small details with the rooms need attention, but overall a comfortable place to stay. My company puts me here several times a year and I don't mind. Location is great, plenty of food close by, a full grocery store across the street is very convenient. And it's quiet.

Amazing stay at IBIS NOVENA. Very subtle yet unique in it's own way. Breakfast is complementary and the Room Rates keep fluctuating according to the Demand. Ideally Located near Zhongshan Mall and Bus Services are on 24×7

Excellent hotel with good facilities. The breakfast provided by the hotel contains a varieties of food for its guest. Two Indian restaurants are there nearby which serves south and north indian food.

The burger at Oopen was very good. So was the fish and chips. The pasta and pizza was average. Staff were friendly. The lobby of the hotel was small though and doesn't quite accommodate large crowds.

Ibis hotel is good. It is nice, neat and clean. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Service is excellant. Although rooms are not very spacious but are well maintained. Rooms have safe box and refrigerator. Taxis and public buses are available right outside hotel. The metro station is little far but hotel runs a free bus to metro station several times a day. For free service … place a request with front desk in advance. There is a mall just outside at opposite corner where you can almost buy everything for daily use needs. Also just outside hotel there are free bicycle stand. Just take a bike to ride and keep back at same stand or many of such stands in Singapore after ride.

The rooms are so close together that we cannot even talk with the other person hearing it. You can't have a decent conversation with someone eavesdropping. Small rooms, but definitely you cannot have your privacy. Housekeeping could be much better.

It's a good range (there are three Ibis) of budget/business hotels. Quite central and near Novena Square, MRT and several hospitals. There's a shuttle bus provided by the Hotel to Novena Square and taxis are easy to get too. There's no swimming pool though but there's a gym available. The staff are courteous, helpful and accommodating.

It's good place to stay. Hearty breakfast includes Indian food also. Most of the Indians will be lodged here, so you will feel closer to home.

Late check in at 8 pm, waiting for about 15 minutes to get to the room. Room is compact but convenient, bed is comfortable. Near to bus station, about 5 minutes walk to Novena MRT station. Near to hospitals.

Nice place to stay. Approx 5-10 mins walk from novena metro. If taking a cab from airport costs approx 18 Singapore dollars. My overall experience about hotel staff and amenities was good.

One of the best ambiance to stay in Singapore, nice amenities, delicious cuisine, afordable and centrally located, you are connected to almost all the tourist places… dedicated staff with 27X7 ready to serve attitude. All Stars to IBIS. :)

The location is quite nice. The hotel has a complimentary pick and drop service from the closest metro also bus stops are walking distance. The staffs were really well behaved and helpful. The pricing was moderate and they show everyday price at the front.

Worst hotel experience ever. No complimentary bottled water when you charged over SGD140 per night. It is basic and essential! We asked for your so-called eco-friendly glass bottles of water, and we were asked to pay extra $50 as deposit on top of $50 we paid when we checked in. This is not yet the worst part. Your staff then said they ran out of reusable bottles so they actually couldn’t provide any bottled water. You must be joking… there’s no bottled water at all in the… entire hotel which is under AccorHotels. You have to understand people staying in your hotel are not locals. Not everyone is used to drinking tap water. If you are trying to be eco-friendly, you could have provided glass bottles of water for every room, given that we are already required to pay deposit when we check in. Being eco-friendly doesn’t mean cutting cost. Don’t try to justify yourself when you compromise on quality. The air-con didn’t work. They only turn it on when you call the reception and make requests. Does that make sense it’s a tropical country? I saw the same comments and reviews on the page. People complaint about the same issues a few years ago but none has been improved. All you did was to use the same response template. I stayed in ibis hotels in other countries and none of their services is that bad.
The irony is that your sales team keeps calling me and asks me to join the yearly membership.

Everthing is Fantastic, except is not so close with MRT Station (Novena). But you can walk, about 10 minutes. There is Shuttle bus, but you have to book. The shuttle bus only available until 19.15. Maybe the next improvement is Shuttle bus has to be frequent, and shuttle from Novena Station back to Hotel.

A little far from the Metro the Mall very well.

The staff was wonderful. Young and energetic, helpful and solution-oriented. From upgrading my room at check-in, to giving directions, showing their knowledge about shopping and dining options, to even calling me an Uber! My room was clean & tidy, with crisp bedding and an engaging pillow assortment. The bathroom had more than enough towels for a single guest, and basic toiletries. I will definitely choose IBIS again.

Had a Wonderful Stay. It is just awesome for the Family. Reception Desk Specially Wynn and Aziz have been too much helpful and Courteous (Please keep up the Good Work). Ibis Novena has a great Peaceful Location and Awesome Buffet Breakfast Menu. Its really a Value for Money. I would definitely recommend this to fellow Travellers.

For its price, there is little to complain about. The room was adequate and comfortable enough. I appreciated its location and the shuttle service. Hotel staff were great. However, I think the bathroom needs to have some light renovation to freshen it up. Heavy door slamming by other guests on the floor can be disturbing in the mornings.

In India people who are strictly vegetarian are very particular about food habits. They do not eat anything which contains Meat, Chicken, Egg or any oil which contains animal fat. I have seen many guests during breakfast struggling to find such food at counters. I suggest your chefs to be more sensitive towards this issue. Secondly, the air-conditioners in our rooms were not working properly. We were required to change room for the same reason and lost my Memory Card during the shifting. Service is overall good and the staff is supportive.

Hotel has small rooms, clean rooms, convenient location. This is the first time I stay here. The restaurant on ground floor. To access to the lifts, we need to tap room cards. The room little bit small and comfortable. Near the hotel, A commercial shopping mall available. To dial room to room we need to put number 80 in front of the room number. Reception desk room number is 8989. Breakfast start serving from 6:00 AM.

Experience at Ibis Novena was great. Check on was smooth. Breakfast was amazing, delicious and scrumptious. Shuttle service to Novena MRT Station and back was very helpful. The best part was the Handy phone. Since we opted for Standard Room with extra benefits, Handy phone served very helpful for calling back to India and Internet served well for all needs to surf the Internet and maps/directions. Overall a really pleasant experience!

I like to stay in ibis hotel because the chain hotel always have a good standard of services in hospitality. The room although its only 18m2, it have high ceiling, clean — fresh air conditioner (no funny odor), clean nice and compact interior room. We tried shuttle service in ibis novena hotel, and very happy with it. Thank you.

Friendly, very efficient and experienced staff at the check-in desk. Reported a problem with the bathroom door and it was attended to within minutes. The job was professionally completed. Hamdy and Daniel at the check-in desk was very efficient and helpful. The service from Steve in the dining room was very good. All the staff was very friendly, respectful and caring with a smile.

The stay was not comfortable at all. On reaching the hotel, there's barely even a proper lobby or a cloak room to keep luggage safely. The rooms are really cramped and so are the bathrooms. Sheets and towels were not at all washed properly as my sister got rashes on her face due to them. The air conditioning in the room would switch off and not come on even though it was set to 22 degrees. The reception desk barely ever picks up the phone when called. The breakfast is the only thing acceptable. Please have a look at the 3 star hotels in Dubai and use them as a standard. I Will not be saying at this or any Ibis hotels again and I will not let any of my known people stay there either.

Good place for stay. Decent continental breakfast. However, since many Indians stay here, a bit more of Indian touch to breakfast would take them places. Rooms are neat clean but small (Singapore standards are smaller, I think) however they are well planned and are good for 2. Very good place to stay if you have packaged tours. For independent travelers, MRT is a bit far, so either taxi or walking is option.

Had a good stay at this hotel. They also have free shuttle bus going to and from Velocity Mall (Novena MRT station). The beds are comfortable. The curtains does block out the sun so that you can wake up a bit later. Breakfast buffet is sufficient but not big varieties of food. For a few nights stay, this is just about right.

This is a hotel that tries to be green. No bottled water. Tap water is safe for consumption. I'm all for it. You can borrow a plastic bottle if you want. The mugs in the room are good enough for me. They offer a smart phone for you to make free calls for a deposit of SGD 50. The room is clean, neat and quiet. There are some TV channels. You can find many eating places nearby. The only issue for me is the size of the shower room (not the toilet). It's just big enough. I kept worrying I'd hit the glass door. Good experience for me.

For a 5 day vacation with my family I booked ibis novena through makemytrip. Here is my experience.
By mistake I dropped 200 dollars in, the corridor of my floor. When I enquired about it I was told One of their employees found them but returned only 100 saying that he found only 100. When I cross questioned they kept changing their statements. First saying they found the money in lift and there r no cctv cameras in lift and then saying it dropped in the corridor but cctv footage not clear.
The rooms r too small for comfort. Bathroom r very very small.
They dont provide u with xtra glasses in room. They have 2glasses in room n thats what u have to use.
The only good thing was that they provide u with a handy mobile in every room which can b used to call back india without any, charges.
Breakfast was fine.

I was particularly impressed by how the room was designed. Floor space is at a premium in Ibis Singapore Novena Hotel, just as real estate is in Singapore. Try opening your luggage and you will find that you may need to be careful not trip over it. And the space is right enough for 1 person to walk around comfortably. With kids running around, that could be a little cramped. For business travelers though, the complimentary Wi-Fi provided along with your room will be a boon. You could communicate with your colleagues from your original site for additional information or updates on progress comfortably within the writing desk made available for this purpose.

Great value, big clean and tidy rooms for the price. About 7 minutes walk to MRT but there's a shuttle service. Not the closest to tourist attractions. Free use of mobile phone with mobile data.

Ibis Novena is one of those Hotels which is having a good convenient location in the City of Singapore with everything nearby & the service is quite upto the mark. More importantly, the Hotel Staff is very Friendly, helpful & co-operative… I loved the Hotel & would recommend it to anyone looking up for a decent 3 Star Hotel in Novena Square… Love from INDIA.

I prefer a clean, quiet hotel with comfortably Wi-Fi in rooms. This hotel is the type I like. The room was a good standard, and comfortable, Wi-Fi, TV, etc. Also convenient facilities, good restaurant, good food, good service, and the staff were very friendly. Near to the Orchard road shopping mall, convenient for transportation of MRT, And this hotel is good. We stayed for 2 nights 3 days. I give high marks to this hotel. Someday I will come back here. Thanks to the kindness of the staff.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I liked the location — slightly away from the busiest parts of Singapore. The room was cleaned to a good standard. Some of the guests were VERY, VERY noisy all through the night.

It was a nice stay as v had 2 rooms 901 n 921 but the only problem was aircondition was not working in room no 901 since 24 evening to 25 morning tht was a big concern otherwise had a good stay.

The location is good, near by orchard and mustafa shopping center. The room is nice and comfortable. However, please improve on your breakfast time, especially for the table preparation, I saw so many waitress but no one doing table preparation. The guest most of all have to find spoon and fork by him self. And no service at all from all the waitress, except they only activity is clean up the desk after we finish with our breakfast. Thank you. Hopefully ibis novena success as always, and we will be back for next trip business or holiday time.

The rooms were a bit small, including the "Frig". The room was kept spotlessly clean, although sometimes the extras in the bathroom were for only one person, and there were two of us. We did not like the idea of stating a time to be picked up as you don't know if you will be held up. Although I believe you are providing cell phones in the future.

I am quite satisfied. I have been staying in this hotel for the 3rd or 4th time. Hotel location is a bit away from the city center, however positively it give a nice atmosphere and no noise. By walking a little bit of 10 — 15 min we can reach Thompson Rd where MRT Novena station from where the city can be easily reached within 30 minutes. Walking through Thomson Rd or the nearer Balestier Rd already give some refreshing atmosphere.

Great hotel with clean and well maintained rooms. Rooms are big enough as well. Some of the staff members are not that friendly. If you don't care too much about the hospitality and if you want to stay in a decent hotel, this is a good place.

22 days I was stay three, I think one of the best hotel in all over the world. I miss Mr. Hossain, and Thamathoron also. They are very nice helpful and co-operated person. Bye the management of ibis hotel.

Overall is not bad but very poor in soundproofing facilities, noisily all night, big talking and laughing throughout the whole night from 9pm to 1:30am. Non-stop door opening and closing. OMG, can't sleep and work. For private trip, it's ok in view of relative cheap price. But if for business trip, will try to change from other better business hotel.

For short Business trips it fullfills my requirements, the price is fine for this kind of accomodation, typical ibis accor design.

I spent 3 nights in this Hotel. Rooms are indeed small with small Bath Room. No room service. Water bottle supplied only on demand. Food in the Restaurant average for vegetarians. Worst part is that they have daily fluctuating room tariff. We wanted delayed departure by 5 hours, for which we had to pay half day Tariff at the rate prevailing on that day, which was up by 7 Dollars. I cant understand the logic behind daily fluctuating Room Tariff concept that too for a guest already staying in the hotel.

This must be an embarrassment to Accor management as it is little more than a clean backpackers hostel. There is no bottled water, the bathroom is very basic and small and the room is tiny. The fridge is a joke, too small for anything and the wardrobe is a rail jammed behind a cupboard. The doors are poorly fitted and so thin you can hear every footstep in the corridor, not to mention the large amount of light that shines through at night. An appalling experience.

Decent hotel for the price. Maintained well and is in a good neighborhood. Walking to MRT is a minor irritant. However, cannot be recommended for a family as the triple room/family room does not even have good space to walk around the bed if the luggage is placed. The attached bath could be at least large enough for a person to take one step back. All-in-all, good place if space is not what you are looking for and do not mind the walk up the hill to get to the MRT.
