No customer service standards. Rude response from staff. Dirty rooms. Avoid.

Does not say much about hotel who threatened to blackmail customers on social media. This is a very bad for a super clean city like Singapore… In the 1st place, no decent hotel threaten customers who has, the right to complain about bad service or no service at all… For this behavior I rate you MINUS 10000000

Hotel room are very small, they charge too much for room and staff is very rude, one madam who is receptionist she is very rude.

Nice hotel. Very near to Rochor MRT station. Just about 3 minutes walk.

Rooms are really small as stated in many previous comments. The bathroom is not very clean and the shower head is almost directly on top of the toilet. The staff was weird and called my room and knocked on the door for no reason in the evening. It’s definitely not worth the price.

Sandpiper hotel is one of the best hotels in singapore. Receptionist, Mr Gill, is a wonderful personality. His warm felicitation really charmed me. His careness is unparallel. Atmosphere of this hotel is very friendly. If anyone can contact with Mr Gill, his visit in singapore will be comfortable & easy.

Nice cozy hotel. Mrt, market place, food everything is nearby. Above all there is Mr Gill. I've been to many hotels but never found such a wonderful receptionist. 5 stars is not enough to rate his service. It should be at least 7. Anything you need Mr Gill is there to help you. Even he comes forward to render services which you might want but not asked yet. This one staff can make huge difference. Hotel which has a staff like him doesn't need to think about customer satisfaction. Excellent.

I just stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and instead of the actual amount I had to pay the full amount… is this hospatility pls I need an explanation for my $1000 extra.

The bedroom is just that: except it's a bed with barely any room.

Located in the centre of little india. Great place for muslims as there is mousque near by and best briyani resturant bismi briyani is just right opposite.

Not worth for additional money for the rooms with window. Shopping area is nearby. Even though have issues during check-in, Ms Jasmin/Yandi, handled efficiently and provided me alternative for better stay. Have to be improved in communication gaps between staffs.

Great budget stay for any Indians visiting. The location is very strategic being just minutes away from the rochor metro station. Mr. Gill and Jasmine made our stay comfortable.

Rooms are very small. No space to put your luggage and cosmetics. Only good for single occupancy. I don't recommend this for a family.

I stayed in Singapore for filming purposes. Choose to stay here as the location is very convenient. Jasmin and Yandi is very friendly and I enjoyed speaking to yandi a lot as she always have smiles. Room is clean and confortable. Will return soon.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Super quick check-in. Hotel is clean and has a new look. They store your bags after check out. Location is good. Shops nearby. But mostly Indian restaurants around. You'd have to walk a bit to get other cuisines.

Average 2-3 star place and okay for a day transit traveller (solo). Stayed briefly, $80 for 9hrs, and better than the Airport hotels. Close to all places, love the food smells (watch for drainage smells too! ), lots of food options, train station nearby, close to shopping and lots of Chinese food options as well.

Bigger then Hanifa. Hole Singapore People purchase there. Sunday little crowded. 8. Back side have SIMLIM tower electronic mall. 9.200 meter have MTR can connect hole Singapore. 10. Cinem rex 400metere Tamil movie. Golden village 1000mtr back side Citi square mall. 11. River park to see. Take nichole hiwy mrt station. 1.5km. 12. BEACH ECP Taxi will charge you sgd5-10.2km 13. Mariyamman temple Hindu temple 200 MTR 14. Chinese temple 300mtr. 15. Center of the city can get all kind pub and clubs. More specific can go to orchard 2km. Value for money.

I stayed in this hOTEL W. E. F 15/9/17 TO 18/9/17. The hotel is worse than a Paying guest accomodation. Rooms are so small that you can not stand in your room all the time you have to lie down on your bed only. TV is fitted at such a height to watch you have to lie on the bed. Toilet are small and there is no counter provided to keep your things. They do not provide glassess. No body cleans the rooms you come back in the evening you will find rooms dirty. You tell them that reply now house keeping is closed they can not do any thing. Above all they do not provide spoon to stirr coffe, we had to buy from the market. They do not provide tea bags even. Nor they replenish towels. What to write the only good thing is its location as it is very close to ROCHOR MTR station. Better options are available at the same price so do not chose this hotel in any case.

Great place for economy tourists to stay in Singapore. Convenient location in Little India. Almost equidistant from Little India and Rocher stations. Good food options under 1km radius. Decent and cheap food restaurant right opposite. 7-11 close by.

Location is okey near Rochor MRT station in Little India. Rooms are very small. No room service available. Sarcastic staff. Waste of money.

Cheaper rate compared to other 3 stars hotel, but … no Singtel at all at the B-xx floor … but you can always use hotel's Wi-Fi, unfortunately the Wi-Fi is unstable and rather slow … so actually it's a good place to train our patience to not to depend on our phone too often.

If you really want waste your money and spoil your vacations, then go and stay in this hotel. • Stinky rooms and full of germs room. That will defiantly make you sick in a day or 2. • Rude staff, I reached 1hr early, hotel staff was behaving like I did a big crime and didn’t even allowed to wait at reception. Had to wait outside the hotel. • We were 7 people with 10 small bags, person at reception was behaving like how can you have 10 bags with 7pepole. He was very rude and sarcastic while talking. • No room service, no one will help for anything. • Zero info about local tour, timings, shows. Every time we asked we actually got wrong info. Very very very bad experience with this hotel. Never recommend this to anyone.

The room which we booked for online was given to us a day later than when it should have been. So we had to stay in a smaller room with no windows (it was in the basement) for an entire day before getting the proper room. Other than this, it was pretty much okay. Services were also pretty much fine.

Good hotel, but it was quite noisy when I stayed there. Good services and fast responses when I complained.

Modern room with good facilities, but so brightly lit it felt a bit clinical. Our basement room suffered from noisy pipes. Interesting neighbourhood and good prices for Singapore.
