Stay is comfortable with good helping staff. But the breakfast is a big letdown. Seen the number of Indian guest staying at the hotel, Indian chef ought to be hired instead of a local one. I would only come the next time if food options are improved.

Small & cozy room with everything you need. Love the small personal balcony that came with my room. Breakfast was awesome! I choose to have quality over quantity breakfast and was not disappointed! The service and quality of food I got from TLC cafe was superb! Highly recommend if you are not a heavy eater.

Excellent hotel… good system… Separate eating space outside hotel for outside eatables… Good facilities of cloak room… Hot and cold drinking water… swimming pool is extraordinary… Room are small but neat and tidy… breakfast is also fantastic… Staff are very cordial and helpful…

We hated check in to the hotel. There were tens of people and it took forever to get a room. Rooms are clean enough but very small. Service was good. People at reception really greeted well and were very courteous but I wish they speed up their check in process. It is in a very nice location and are close to several restaurants. There is a small and lovely cafe next to it.

Really small rooms and bathroom. There is no own breakfast room but you get vouchers to eat next to the restaurant. Style was more like hostel then hotel.

Very well connected by traffic. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. You can buy tickets for the wonderful zoo directly at the hotel.
Nice hotel in quiet side street, with good culinary offers nearby. Unfortunately the restaurant is not recommended.

Clean rooms. Bathroom size is just ok but clean. Sanjay at lobby was very helpful. Book in advance for better rates.

Rooms are spacious. Rooftop swimming pool with great view. Breakfast options are good. You can get Indian food as well if you are traveling from India and wants to Indian food. Bathroom need improvement. Shower taps are not working properly. Room service is bit late. Hotel restaurant close early.

Spent only four nights there but was nice. However The lady who did the check in for me and my wife was a bit hasty and did not take enough time to talk to us despite the fact there were not many people checking in when we came. Got the feeling she wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible… We got a room on the 8th floor and had a nice view of the city. Room very small hence limited space to keep clothes and luggage. But, room was clean as well as bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, there is also a safe where valuable things can be kept. For breakfast, the menu is a bit restricted as compared to other hotels I've been but food is very good. When you get out of the hotel just turn right walk a few meters and on the right there a Buddha temple and a few meters away many food courts. Hence plenty of choices for dinner there. Around 10 minutes’ walk from hotel there is the city square mall and Mustafa mall in case you want to do some shopping. The food there is good, a lot and the staff very very friendly and helpful. In general each time I get there the hotel seems booked fully, so there are always plenty of people waiting in the reception so you can't have quiet breakfast or have where to sit, need to reach the elevator through many of luggages.

Reasonably priced. Good amenities. Courteous staff… Although the sink was blocked.

Rooms are way too small. Not worth the money. Better hotels available in the same range.

Rooms are smaller than usual. No early check ins if you landed there in the morning and their check in is at 3 pm. Staff is not very responsive. Hotel cheaps out on water bottle. Found insects in washroom (which again is smaller than usual). Breakfast is also rather awful and TV has 10 channels in total. 2 stars because there was no other issues. Won't stay there again or recommend it.

Amazing price for the location. Rooms are pretty clean as the hotel is rather new, but could be better furnished. Pool area is very nice.

Such a great experience with the staff and service. They serves best quality of breakfast in morning. Location is great MRT & SRT on walking distance.

Place is good to live near to little India but room is very small and breakfast is not so much interesting. Their terrace room is awesome. Worth for money.

The place was good, it gave luxury feel in cheap price. The food was awesome. The Wi-Fi was very slow. Other than that the overall experience was good.

The bathroom was a bit too small but otherwise I liked everything. The breakfast was good too. The staff was amazing and always smiling.

Tiny Bathrooms (not even small) and congested rooms. Not at all worth the money spent here. I am surprised to see so many good comments here as all the guest I met in lift in 2 days had same feedback.

As there is no Zero stars, giving it the lowest minimum. Though Singapore's lack of space is understandable, that cannot be the reason for the ergonomics / design of the hotel. It is so pathetically claustrophobic and the bathroom cum toilet is a big mega loud Joke! The bathroom has a sliding door that doesnt close or lock. It is transparent and has huge gaping slits which reflects from the granite and you can see it from any part of the room which is unavoidable as the room is tiny tiny and tiny. Lacks massive cleanliness. We got a room with the bathroom stinking and left un-flushed. Dont housekeeping even check that? Even after booking way too long ago, we were kept waiting stating the rooms are under cleaning for most part of the day and then we got this stinking room. Some have booked a room for their party and they were yelling the whole night. May be it is not the hotels problem but a Individual issue, yet the hotel cannot allow this to happen. It appears they did allow it purposefully as the party was going on and on and people from outside came to the room to do the party. We were so close to call the police to stop this non-sense. This hotel is a definite NO if you ask me. Would they improve? This is the improvement they have already done and renovated. It makes one wonder how it would have been before. Oh almost forgot. The breakfast area is so small for the entire group of guests.

In terms of location this hotel is located near little Indian (about a 10 minute brisk walk). My issue with this hotel was the noise in the room. If your looking for a quiet night's sleep, I don't think you will get it here. There was an electrical noise coming from the ceiling on my room which kept me awake all night. The hotel staff checked it out in the morning and found a faulty breaker which the subsequently changed. The noise stopped the following night. However there was still noise from what sounded like running water coming from the AC unit (which was off). This continued all night. I don't think this was any fault, however more than likely bad plumbing or design. You will also hear people on the corridor… Not good. If the room was quiet, then I more than likely would have given this hotel a 4 out of 5. However the poor night's sleep let it down. I moved to the oasia downtown… And wow. A world of difference… silence!

Location of the hotel is good. Easy to find. Nice place for a quick drink. Value for money to stay at the hotel.

Got a Deluxe room, the room is clean and comfortable. It is located about 10 minutes from lavender MRT or City Square mall, but there are a lot of great food options nearby that serve excellent food. Deluxe room is moderately sized, not too cramped but not too spacious. The hotel feels quite grand too. Suspended outdoor chairs at the balcony are a nice touch. There is an infinity pool that's nice too. Service is excellent, all basics are provided. Overall a nice hotel for the price.

Hotel is very convenient and economic. It have many good restaurants all around also it have a restaurant inside. Room are great, service is perfect. Wish to come here when I visit Singapore.

It was a very bad experience. We booked a room for a familie of four and there was only one bed in the room. The management said it was normal for four people to sleep on the same bed. Eventually they changed but the room still wasn't great. We advise for families to check really well what type of room you are booking. For us it was impossible to anticipate it, and if we knew in advance we would have booked somewhere else.

The staff not sure about the breakfast need voucher or not. When check in the staff say collect in the morning. Then when I ask for it in the morning then say why the staff never give you yesterday. Basic TV also not work properly. Call for maintenance but say there is nothing he can do.

We stayed at the hotel on Albert St. The location was very convenient for us and the place was alright for the price. However, our room smelled really bad of cigarettes even though the hotel supposedly has a no smoking policy. We requested to change rooms but were told none were available and that housecleaning would look into it. All they did was open the window. Our sheets smelled like cigarettes and we couldn't stay in the room for too long, going out instead. After 24 hours (we stayed 2 nights) the smell started to fade a little but it still clung to our clothes. Disappointed to say the least but we still had a decent time.

The room we had was cozy and beautiful. There was a outdoor patio with seats and table. However, it is situated at an inaccessible area and is difficult to find. Also, staff were not too friendly. The entrance to the car park is also located behind the hotel, which makes it easy to miss unless prior knowledge was gained.

A neat hotel offering a beat stay for a reasonable rate. Also, located very near to City Square Mall and walkable distance from Mustafa Mall and Little India. They have good spread of breakfast which they offer on a complimentary basis. The hotel Staffs are very polite and help you all the time. Though the check-in time is 15:00 hours, we got our room ready by 13:00 hours. Also, though the check-in time is 12:00 hours, they have a neat lobby with sofas and rest rooms available for the guest to wait and freshen up till their flight time. Rooms are very neat — offering you dryer, brush, body wash, paste and other basic stuffs.

It was worst experience of lifetime. They should not give 4 star rating to hotel, itz no where close to 4 star. The rooms are too small. No facilities of early check in. No bell boy to carry your luggage, no room service, no food menu. The only single restaurant closes at around 10pm. Breakfast is pathetic, cold and tasteless. Coffee is horrible. The staff are not helpful at all. I checked in early so had to pay for a bigger room because the room was not available in spite of requesting a month back for early checkin. Next day when we shifted to another room we left our charger and few items, which they didnt return us and said nothing was in the room. They kept our original samsung charger which is worth 80$ in singapore. The area is not close to metro, you have to walk a km to reach metro. Honestly by looks and services its not even a 2star hotel. Also it was our anniversary and I requested for some room decoration and they said they dont do it, nothing special for our anniversary even at extra cost which I was ready to pay. Im totally disappointed that I choose this hotel for my stay. The pool is not deep, the gym has total 3 machines. The area around is not good so even if you take terrace garden room there is no view to watch anything. Just some old chinese shops and roof of tibetan temple.

Had a comfortable stay here. A decent 4 star hotel with close proximity to restaurants, bars and Little India (15 mins walking). Left some sweet memories to cherish. I will surely recommend it.

It took me forever just to check in from this hotel. I had a BAD Experience! Despite on informing them that my ETA will be 12 lunch time and I preferred double bed. In the end, the room was still occupied by other guests and kept on pushing me to consider the two single bed. "THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST STAY HERE" — — All pictures from their website were so nice, but in reality all were fake. Grrrrr! VERY POOR SERVICE! Kept on telling me "take your seat first" — — For Christ sake, I've waiting for more than 2 hours for my room.

Ehh, this place is not the best. It's rated as a 4 star hotel on Expedia but it's more of a 3 star. The room is small, but the bed is comfy. The internet is god awful compared to any other places in Singapore. It's in a pretty cheap area in Singapore and restaurants in the area are cheaper than other parts of the city. It's pretty close to the MRT subway line. The pool is a pretty nice and the front desk attendants are terrific. However, it's much more of a 3 star place than 4.

Good services, the facilites (fitness, pool) overall good. But no free Wi-Fi, you must rent the Wi-Fi at receiptionist. Nearby arab street and bugis street and 7 eleven.

This hotel quite comfortable to stay, with free and fast Wifi connection, free wireless printer, pretty good breakfast menu,,, but no bath up.

Very small room. To ensure perfect Service and attentive staff. Had received an Upgrade to a room with a balcony. Would come back again. Even if the subway station is relatively far away.
