I would not recommend this hotel to any one the staff were very helpful. We had a free upgrade to a family room but the carpet was dirty and stained the towels were had seen better days a horrible off white colour and no where to hang them. There was mould in the shower. We booked for 2 night's cannot wait to leave.

Great place to stay for short visit. As stated, the room had no windows and breakfast was at a pastry shop outside (which was delicious). The room was clean with high ceilings, fully air-conditioned and overall perfectly functional.

Very quaint hotel. Great location in Keong Saik, within walking distance to a bunch of cool pubs and eats. Prices are very reasonable considering the location and room quality. Would consider staying here again.

Room felt very cozy. Small, but enough for me. Bathroom was nice. Only real downside was the lack of a real desk, but I made do and it was fine. Right across the street is a restaurant called "Potato Head, " which has the best burgers on Singapore. So, close proximity to that is a huge benefit. On that note, there is a lot else close by. The Buddhist Tooth Relic Temple and Museum is within walking distance.

I booked a porch room for 5 nights, the first night I was put in a small room with a small internal porch area with no outdoor furniture or garden view. I asked to be moved to a better room like the ones they show in photos online. The second room was much larger as was the porch, which had a nice view into the park and outdoor furniture. Like the other reviews I have read the Naumi Liora can be great if put into the right room. I found the location in Chinatown very convenient to explore the city, it's a nice walk to Clarke Quay and Chinatown is the perfect spot for food lovers. The staff are helpful and nice and the hotel is clean.

Went for the Porch room. The attached porch was a pretty small outside space with no furniture provided. At one point, when the rain was very heavy, there was cause for worry that the water pooling in the porch would flood the room. Thankfully though, that didn't happen. The room itself isn't very big either but there's enough space to move around and not feel too claustrophobic. The bed is a little hard but otherwise the covers and pillows are comfortable enough. Room temperature was also pretty good; it never got too freezing or sweltering. The bathroom was tiny but not too cramped. There was just enough space for using the toilet, sink and shower. Shower was also alright with the water temperature and pressure, though the design meant that the rest of the bathroom would get really wet floors after a shower. Misc other things: floorboard was quite creaky, even from adjacent rooms. No meals were provided though there were some snacks in the lobby. Service was okay but didn't really engage them much. Pretty quiet neighborhood (at least for the nights we were there) so sleeps were peaceful besides when neighbours or crew walked on the creaky floorboards. Chinatown's a pretty nice place with many things around to look at or eat or shop for. Wi-Fi is just a simple password set up network so Chromecast use is possible. No idea about the provided TV channels because of that. Overall a pretty cozy place.

Loved this quirky place. Worth the upgrade to room with balcony. Which was great for sitting out in for morning coffee and listening to the Oreo.

Highly recommend this hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly service. Good location within walking distance to many good restaurants. Rooms are small but that is quite typical for rooms within this price range in this area. You can hear your neighbours if they are loud, hotel provides ear plugs upon request.

The stay is comfortable and the snacks/nibbles bar is a great addition xD really convenient location with great food nearby~ definitely worth checking out!

A nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small but you get clean towels, shampoo, soap, hot water and complimentary coffee and tea plus water too.

2 star rooms. You can hear everything from adjoining rooms. Recommend ear plugs for shore! Most rooms dont jave windows and look shady. But the staff and service is 5 star. I would come back just because we were treated so well.

Historic hotel means a bit musty but hotel staff were great.

Simply put: false advertisement. The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos and the whole place needs a renovation. The 'breakfast' is disgraceful: not served in the same building at the hotel and consists of a two "pastries" — no choice for any other food and no fruit… Every encounter with management was painful: impatience and no courtesy. At over $100 a night, I find it incredible that this place is still in business.

A little pricey but its actually worth it, the location and the room is nice.

Cosy enough with stable Wi-Fi, staff is present all day (and night). Close to chinatown where good food can be found even in midnight on foot. A pleasant stay overall.

Thank You for the Wonerful place to stay. I loved the hotel, with the woodcut panels, and simple contemporary style, sure it wasn't polished shiny new, but the place was much more quaint and full of charm, after a long day of touring the city, It was nice to be in my cozy room! Thank You Seth for an easy check in, and suggestions for city sights, you're very friendly and welcoming. Great location, for Chinatown, but also underground to go downtown and two very close stops for the double decker city tour buses.

The hotel could seriously use a renovation, and doesn't look anything like advertised. Rooms are decently sized, but old, poorly kept and incredibly dark — all of the windows except for one were literally fake, in my room! Brick wall with a fake window attached. The room was very very dark even with all lights on. Breakfast is a joke, consisting in horrible prepackaged food served at a bar two buildings down from the hotel. All in all, little more than a hostel, and absolutely not worth the price.

Very new and hip but relatively small rooms. In proximity to the metro and cheap foods in Chinatown.

I was in a basic room which was clean with all amenities as advertised. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I had lost my passport and this was returned to reception by the cleaning staff. Would stay again. Great location right next to china town and trendy bars.

Most of the rooms have no windows or limited amount of light. I had the room with the porch, so I had some light, but all the other windows were fake or locked. The breakfast is disgusting, the worst breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. They should be ashamed. The staff is unprofessional.

My worst experience since long. Nothing like a 4 star! Tiny windowless room. Breakfast outrageous outside the hotel in a Chinese restaurant dirty, rude, no choice, no fruit juice, no pastries etc …

The rooms were fine but the staff was a bit rude, also demanded a security deposit even though I was just staying one night, also a bit pricey. The only good thing was location but you can find similar options for less money.

No good value for the money: the room is OK, but the service is not really keen to help. Worst is the breakfast: I can absolutely not recommend it. It consists of some pre-packacked things and is served in a style I only know from airplanes, including the plastic cutlery. We did not want to have this a second time, but unfortunately booked it upfront. Of course the hotel would not allow us to cancel the breakfast part, so it will go where it belongs tomorrow: directly into the trash.

We had a great time at the hotel and the staff there were super awesome! Heaps of love for Sabrina and Nurul at Naumi Liora! :D.

Room without a window. Queen bed becomes double bed. No hot water for shower.

Summary: Good location but not well maintained and tiny rooms. We stayed 3 nights during long weekend. The location in Chinatown is great — close to everything while nice and quiet around the hotel. We took the room with the porch and it was a good idea as the rooms are really tiny and dark. Hotel maintenance is not good enough: our bathroom door would not completely close, walls were a bit dirty in few spots and the air conditioner stopped working on the second day. The staff are polite but not really keen to help when needed. They waived the late checkout charge to compensate for the AC problem they couldn't fix.

Very nice hotel! Place&Price are both of OK.
