Absolutely stunning place to stay! Amazing view, sound of the waves and lovely apartment! Great, friendly hosts. We rented a car for our time on Mahe and would recommend doing so, much easier to have your own car to drive around in and explore, beaches & restaurants close by with car.
We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Maka Bay for a couple of days and ended wishing we had stayed much longer. The room itself was spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. The kitchen and bathroom were ideal too. The show stealer though was the views when you open the curtains — the ocean below you and the waves crashing onto the rocks make for the perfect sound to fall asleep to. The views are just amazing to sit outside with some wine or tea as well. We absolutely loved the time we spent here and are looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time! Thank you Nicole for making this trip so memorable for us.

One of our best experiences! It's located at a scenic part of the island, beautiful views. The condition of the apartment is excellent and it's immaculate clean. The host lady is the friendliest ever, we did get a heartfelt welcome and she is so helpful! We want to go back!
