Not a 4 star hotel by any means, and for the prices they are charging they should ensure that their website corresponds to the costs of specified services (i’m referring to massage here — website states different prices from what we were told and offered at the hotel). Stay away and book your hotel elsewhere if you can.
Nota a 4 * hotel, at least by the look of the room. Not working light bulbs, semi functional remote control, lack of the blankets and additional access key cards.

Say is four-star but like home, Wi-Fi signal is particularly poor, the room toilet has been their own water is very loud, the lamp is also broken… I think galleria is better.
