It was a 4 star hotel 30 years ago. The facilities are really old but it is clean.

Total disgrace! The air conditioner didn't work in a room and it felt like 50 degrees Celsius in there. They sent two guys that didn't know anything about air conditioning system. When they opened the thing, it had so much dirt in it that it was unbelievable. 5 cm of mud! It seems like it has never been serviced! In the end, what did I get as a compensation? Nothing! Absolutely nothing! There were no other rooms available and they sent us home despite the fact that we booked the room with air conditioner. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere, plus we were not allowed to use swimming pools because of the wedding that took place there at that time. Avoid!

I would have given 4 stars in the past. We have visited to use the pools several times over the last 18 months, but today we were greeted with a rude and terse receptionist (female), which is pretty much typical for Balkan style customer service. Though previous staff have been reasonably polite. This place has different rules about use of lockers and use of the pools depending on 'how busy they are' — which are not publicised or written anywhere, as far as I know. The flimsy curtain over the change room areas and booths are poorly fitted. You can definitely see others getting changed. I assume the standard is good enough if you're a local. But if you're from any Western country please don't expect much from this place… you've been warned!

Best pools in the city, especially in the Summer when the outdoor pools are open. Very clean and well-kept. The changerooms are secure and guests are given wristbands that they can swim with that serve as locker access keys. Definitely worth the drive and the extra cost (compared to public pools) to use their pools and wellness facilities as the cleanliness and choice of pools cannot be compared to the other options in the city. Indoors, there is a lane pool, a large pool for leisure swims, and a spacious warm salt water pool. Outdoors, there is a warm pool, a shallow pool, and a deeper pool. Can be quite busy in the Summer but otherwise it is relatively quiet. Great place to visit with kids.

Heating in room's bathroom is turned off during winter time in January when it's — 10 degrees outside. Heating in rooms also turned off after 11 or 12 p. M. Caught a cold after spending night there. Cleanness in rooms should be on higher level, found hair on floor as well as dead bugs. No land lines in some rooms, so if you need anything (bathrobe, slippers for spa etc) you need to go downstairs to reception. On the positive side the spa is great, sauna (85 degrees) n steam room are very good as well as pool side. Only insufficiency is that spa is not open before 16h, even for hotel guests.

I am coming for the second time and I really appreciate the comfort here and the best price offer. Everything is very clean and cozy, silence and good Wi-Fi.

Private pool area is perfect for kids.
