Waited one hour for the host to appear on check in day. Found on premises that we had to pay cleaning service in amount of 70 euro for the week of staing on top of 1850 euro rent and didn't get much in return, no towel change, no bedsheets change, no toilet paper, crapy Wi-Fi that didn't work 3 day, hot water didn't run well and the toilet didn't flush well. In the last day half an hour before check out while we where finishing packing the host impolitly told us to hurry and get out.
The apartment is well equipped and it is quite near to the center of Kopaonik. With the Wi-Fi we had problems, for 3 days it didn't worked and the owner didn't rush so hard to solve the issue. We stayed for 8 days, but we received toilet paper only at first and after we had to manage ourselves. The towels were changed only one time, even if we put them on the floor… our luck was that we bring with us towels from home, otherwise we would stayed without. The conclusion is that the price is not quite right in relation to the quality offered.
