The hotel itself is quite nice, as are the rooms. However, this is the only thing that was positive. The receptionist's behavior was the last, he was loud, verbally aggressive as well as racist. Also the management of the house did not show any acceptable behavior, there were zero reactions regarding it. The behavior and interaction of the employee towards the guests. Of course, there was no apology! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Poor service and inhumane behavior!
