➜ Buffet not correct in terms of quality and choice Reception very far from the parking lot.
➜ The rooms are quite nice (standard) and the complex is nicely laid out.
The hotel manager and most reception staff are arrogant and in no way accommodating. The bartenders are super friendly; unfortunately, there is a lack of the essentials… we bought a corkscrew in the supermarket. Unfortunately, as a German, you are completely thrown up, even with English. The entertainers are very bored and animation, despite great announcement, does not take place… apart from occasional bongo players in the evening.
The bouncy castle was not inflated, the amphie theatre was a single construction site and the Souvenir shop consisted of a few carved wooden figures.
again… this is a 3.5 star hotel and our expectations are not really high, but we have not yet experienced such an imaginary and taken-on hotel manager (and we are travelling around the world). In my view, this urgently needs to be rectified…!?
