The hotel staff are described as very professional, friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Guests specifically highlight front desk employees such as Safa, Ranim, Amani, and Shahd Al-Anazi for their politeness and efficiency. Manager Abu Yasin (Mursal) is also frequently mentioned for showing a high level of care for the guests. Nevertheless, there was one recorded instance of rude behavior by a reception employee, to which the administration responded quickly, promising additional staff training.

It is also noted that the breakfast area is very small, located right by the reception desk, and has a limited number of tables. The Wi-Fi performance is one of the hotel's main issues. Many guests complain about very slow and unstable internet that often disconnects, especially in the rooms. Poor mobile signal for some operators (STC and Zain) in the hotel's area has also been noted.

Most guests are satisfied with the air conditioning, describing it as excellent. However, one review mentions an unpleasant smell from the air conditioner, and another guest noted a strange smell in the elevator and rooms that could not be eliminated with air freshener.
