Firstly the location of the hotel was brilliant — only 5 mins drive away from the main, 'modern' area of Tabuk where their are many cafes, restaurants and the Tabuk Park mall.
Secondly the customer service was great and the room itself was very comfortable. It was clean and came with an iron, ironing board, kettle, teas etc. The bed was brilliant — very comfortable.
The cafe on the 5th floor was also very nice and relaxing — positive vibes no doubt.
The parking can be a bit tricky in front of the hotel, especially at night as the spots are limited.
The bathroom was a big let down. It had a sewage smell and I can only assume that the parts of the wall boarded up were the windows. Why would you board up the window in the toilet/bathroom? Lol.
Overall a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location which is very reasonably priced.
This hotel is highly recommended. The staff are very accommodating. The restaurant barista offers excellent coffee. The hallway smells good. The location is accessible to all the places. I give them all positive remarks based on our experience. I will still choose this hotel when I return.
