Nice rooms but the room service choices aren't my favorite the quality and wow factor for the dine in room isn't that good.

The location is very good. Hotel parking space. Room is clean and decent. A good place for business stay and meeting. The hotel restaurant is pretty good but expensive.

Good ambience. Went to their cafe lounge. Ate club sandwich : cost about 75 sr… It was tasty.

I was so disappointed by the way the reception treated me at Double tree (Almrooj-Riyadh) yesterday on 9-6-2018. At first they gave me and my partner a room that the restroom door cannot be closed, so we called them to send us someone to fix the problem and after 10 min the guy came but he couldn't fix it. So we were waiting for the reception respond in the room for like 20 min and when we called many times they didn't answer. So we got down to reception and their excuse they were busy with other customers but what I saw there were 2 of them and one customer! After all of that they just changed the room to us and that's what any motel with 1 star could do.

Nice facility they have for meetings and workshops. The only cons about this place when it comes to their meeting and conference rooms is the following: — Refreshments was not that good. — restaurant have medium to low quality of food.

Sea food night was terrible… didn’t worth the money at all. No variety no shrimp which is a basic dish except for very small size ones soaked in sauce that hide the taste of shrimps. The only good thing was sweets.

Overall a nice hotel with few issues. Stayed here for five business days last week. Hotel is typical Hilton with all amenities and on site restaurant and nice comfortable modern rooms. Just be aware of the following: in five business days my room was only cleaned once; initially I mistakenly turned on "no cleaning" option but requested cleaning service by contacting front desk for room to be cleaned and it was done on third day only. Another issue is the area around hotel — there is almost nothing to walk to; sidewalks are in terrible shape and to cross major highway there is no pedestrian walkways. You have to UBER everywhere form this location as car/taxi is the only mode of transportation (buses are almost non existent in Riyadh). In dining hall there is family/women section and men's section but there are no signs so it is easy to sit in family section only to have waiter come to have you move to a different section of the restaurant.

Rooms are clean staff they are nice and they know alot in hospitality the restaurant is amazing for sure I will visit this hotel again.

The hotel is super especially the service which read a every wish from the lips.

Nice hotel, great location, nice staff, breakfast is good, DoubleTree cookies sometimes good but sometimes are old or overbaked.

Rooms clean staff are nice and they know alot in hospitality the restaurant is amazing I can't to have lunch or dinner there again.

Business hotel that is conveniently located and offers good customer service. The food is not the best but is ok for someone that is in and out of the country. Internet is available but sometimes unreliable. Furniture in the rooms are fairly new and the bedding is comfortable.

Price is great and the hospitality is amazing with the coffee shop and the food is nice but the location is hard to go to.

I'm telling you that because I'm coming here 4 times a month All restaurant staffs always busy for no reason even the chef. The waiter looking only to chic people or business people and ignore guys and girls with no reason. Their foods are not that tasty. Rooms are ok sometimes the giveaways will be missed such as soap and towel or even tissue box. The GYM is too small with limited equipments. Only reception staffs are the good people they are so nice and try their best to help you. Thank you.

Very nice place for buisness travelers and meetings. The only thing did not really like is the attitude of Server in term of serving Evian water which more expensive than the regular water. The other thing the coffee menue items is pricy than other places.

Very nice indeed. Was pleased and impressed after so many disappointing dining experiences in Riyadh. We had the Friday brunch there and had a very pleasant couple of hours. Not too busy and non of the awful cubicles that other restaurants, try to cram you into, with a grin, as if they are doing you a favour and offering lovely service. I would give it 5 stars if there was a nice bottle of Moet to go with it. Never mind, dream on.

New and upscale hotel on the Northern Ring Road. The coffee shop is nice and the atmosphere is welcoming.
