It's very good to go here it is because it has full luxurious places such as the swimming pool, playground and a gym but you will pay an expensive bill so choose wisely. Thank You.

I don't think I will come back again to this hotel. The last time we have an event held on this place, the food was not good (like their mashed potato its too salty) some of waiters had poor hygiene (something about smelly underarms) but not all.

They are improving time by time.

Third floor function facilities poorly designed. No tables and chairs on balcony. There are better party places available in Riyadh.

Not deserve to be a one star also. The manager only makes drama (maarras) in front of the guest and with the owner as well. All the staff hates him because he makes every time good but if any of the staff did something he doesn't like it. If you want to see just observe when ever anyone goes for check inn, especially ladies family he will offer arabic coffee, dates, complimentary drinks but as soon as any individual comes for check inn he doesn't bother to wish the guest. He only sits and watch on cctv which is there in his office just before the owner is about to come in the hotel (i. E From 2:00pm till the owner goes from the hotel) AND THAN HE WILL GO AND TAKE REST AT HIS ROOM. about the cleaning he doesn't have a single knowledge about the housekeeping. He doesn't go and check the rooms which is vip, vvip, etc… if any one wants to prove this thing just go and push the bed right or left and than what u will see is disaster. The owner is blindly believing him and accepting what ever he says. He is an egyptian person and the owner don't know that at certain point of time he will collect all his money and move to egypt. he didn't ask for the linen inventory which need to be done after every three months. The accounts people emad doesn't bother to take the inventory even after repeated the same to him. He doesn't know that the linen which is available now is only for more six months as of now and after that it will be finished.

More of a 4.5 star hotel with extremely friendly and helpful manager, receptionist and employees in general. Complimentary Arabic coffee, dates, soft drinks, chips and bottled water. Close to city center. As a bonus they even have Netflix.

Wonderful Hotel, The best place to stay "HOME AWAY FROM HOME".

Nice place and clean good room service very helpful staff but a little bit pricy.

New facility. Convenyant location a bit over priced.
