I don't think I will come back again anytime soon. It's good only for a night or two max.

Good value for money. Friendly & welcoming staff. Close to nearby shops. Pretty much in centre of Riyadh (lots of construction nearby for Riyadh Metro, so noise and delays in getting around is ecpected).

Though the rooms and the bathrooms are a bit small, the staff is very customer friendly and has a professional approach. Especially Mr. Saif at the reception and Mr. Mehboob in engineering department are very helpful and won't mind going a step ahead to see that the customer gets satisfied with the services.

Friendly cooperative staff. Rooms are small size. Parking is available. Internet is slow slow slow. Room service is good. Location is good but due to city metro project you will get lost all the time. TV is one of the worst thing (it is like if you are watching 70's T. V, small screen with limited channels with bad resolution) need to be improved.

Not value for money. Nearby Executive Hotel is far better. Very small room, limited amenities and location also is not good.

The hotel has a nice location in the heart of North Riyadh's business and financial district next to the iconic "Kingdom" tower. The hotel is still new clean and neat, yet, lacks some basic services! The Laundry service is terrible, you wouldn't find grooming kit in the bathroom, breakfast is average, Wi-Fi is good, ventilation in the bathroom is really bad, and hot water lasts for 5 minutes after you start your shower. Most of the guests are business travellers and the rate in the week days is higher than the weekends (400-450 in the week days Vs. 350-400 in the weekends).

Best quality vs price, good location, easy parking, and helpful staff.

There is lot of constructions going arround blocking the west side of Oleya street movement. The location of hotel is good if you are moving east. The room is quite small but having good furniture.

Worst restaurant. But you have no choice because no resto around. i am staying for 2 weeks because company booked for me but it is the worst 2 weeks I have experienced in hotel in general. Bed is ok. Curtains were dusty. Shower position is bad. No free toothbrush. Toilet tiles moldy. Bathroom does not smell good even after cleaning. Internet is SLOW. Hotel location is bad considering the entrance is at the other side of olaya. And these are just few to mention.

Good hotel & appreciate for room, food & service, next time I will come with my family.

Rooms are quite small but decent enough. Bathrooms are very small. Didn't like it at all. I would say, opt for Ibis only if other options are not available.

Service is good. Quite and calm environment. Centre of the city, grocery resturants at walking distance.

Relatively Brand new hotel with a challenging parking situation and budget accommodation. For example, there is a generic body and hair wash and the rooms are minuscule, which is not a problem for your average business traveler. Given that this is a French hotel chain, you are bound to find North Africans working here, adding a certain charm to the hotel. The breakfast is overpriced and doesn't have as much variety as one would expect at a place like this.

Such a good hotel. Has all the necessary things. Good price and location as well. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was OK. Just make sure you get a room on the west side to have a view of the kingdom tower.

Friendly staff, answer your questions fairly solve complaints immediately. 3 star hotel but its very clean especially housekeeping staff are professional and clean as well. Front desk need to be more welcoming only and they should consider toiletries.

Nice location, and that's pretty much it. The rooms don't even have slippers.

They are just 3 star no room service btw but stuff are friendly always ask about your room view before booking otherwise you could be stuck window to a wall view.

They need to hire COMPETENT staff who know how to work in HOTELS! This is the 2nd time I call them to reserve a room, and they tell me no need there is PLENTY of rooms available. When I show up they tell me we don't have a room available with what you need sir! Why NOT tell me that from the beginning? Instead of me traveling all the way, and then giving me the bad news.

Clean and good service, good for short stay but still a bit expensive. It should be a bit Cheeper.

Very clean and good smell in the lobby. But the price was not cheap for 3 stars hotel.
