Actually I didn’t expect this hotel to be as good as it is! Staff is really friendly, nice hotel for business trip or so, Breakfast is 3.5 out of 5. Good value of money. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good and quite atmosphere.

Staff are helpful Room is clean and large Location is great.

كذا مرة ‏أستأجر فيه وهو يقع بالقرب في الزاوية بين طريق الملك فهد وطريق مكة المكرمة المؤدي إلى طريق خريص (كبري الخليج) لذا فهو يتمتع بموقع متميز وجذاب ،، كذلك يقع بالقرب من برج الفيصلية وكذلك برج المملكة وكذلك بعض المولات الشهيرة لمحبي التسوق مثل الأندلس مول ،، مارينا مول ،، الرياض قاليري اوغيرهم من المولات والمحلات الكبيرة

Good service but the electronic device are old as compare to current technology. Need to upgrade technology.

Hotel is of very good standard in terms of atmosphere and rooms neat and tidy of 5 star standard but customer service is very bad have to improve a lot at the reception as well as in the restaurant.

Excellent for a 4 star hotel, if it wasn't for the restaurant, it would be equivalent to most 5 stars hotels.

Totally disaster hotel. One time the fire alarm. They not speak English. They didn't give me the invoice. Please don't use this hotel is a disaster. As a traveler I don't recommend to anyone.

I revisited this hotel due to my. Previous stay which was fabulous but this time. It. Was horrible I was given room on the top floor which was under construction with very old furniture and poor facilities. Customer service was also very bad it took too much time to get access for the room and repeated requestes were ignored. With all this service 400 riyals is very very expensive.

I would have given it ZERO star. Worst service ever, and Fwad at the reception took him very long time to serve me! TV has a few channels only, where most are news and no entertainment. It's simply a garbage even if it's for free.

Very bas expirience long yime to get in your room. The key is not working. Despite the staffs are friendly but the services provided were under the expected.

People are friendly. Room very clean, and big enough.

Worst stay ever, I have been here for two days and here is some of what I got: 1. There was a technical issue with internet for the whole first day, tbis normal to happen. The staff insisted that the issue was with my laptop and phone only and all the guests are happy (i have a colleague staying at another room having the same issue but they don't know we know each other). 2. They promised me to send IT guy to my room in 5 minutes 7 times and nobody showed up! The isue is solved after one day when I saw STC guys in the hotel working on it 3. The key to my room stopped working and they kept sending someone with the master key to open the room for me (of course promised to send the key more than 5 times to my room and still nothing since yesterday) 4. Two bugs bites in my leg in two days :) 5. I wanted to exchange dollars to SAR and the front desk told me NOT NOW because he was busy, he did it because I insisted.

Best hotel, best rates, best services, best locations. For riyadh I believe it's best place.

Nice hotel for Family & Business trip. They have meeting hall and wedding hall. Price very good, Exllent service, nice buffet dinner ^ lunch.

Am a frequent traveller to Saudi, Europe, Switzerland and other destinations. The alwaha palace is my favorite hotel in Riyadh. Rarely have I been served as by the staff of the alwaha. From reception, in particular, has always been of outstanding service and politeness. And clearly cares about guests. thanks a lot for alwaha team.!

Wow arrangement in room upon arrival special anniversary and birthday. Service is amazing. All I have to say good hotel. The restaurant is amazing all the staff are very friendly and always smiling.

It was fabulous to stay in, they took care of every thing small details, the only thing is the pool was small. I know this hotel since two years and it is the best score in all Riyadh hotels, including five stars hotel.

Might be the best memory of mine in Saudi Arabia.
