Bismillahirrahmanirrahim hotel is very nice very clean and clean and the staff are very respectful and helpers my advice to everyone who comes to Mecca is to make a place where you are looking for a hotel. Good location, nice staff, not very clean hotel.

Nice hotel. They provide 24 hours bus from and to Haram. Near to king Abdullah Gates, good breakfast.

Very clean and new hotel. They have very effective shuttle service, working 24/7. The food is pretty good, nice variety of Egyptian, Indian, Saudi and even European style breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay there for 3 nights. As a Gold member the hotel allowed me to have very late checkout (5pm).

Fantastic! Top notch hotel the best in Mecca, Hilton hotel also excellent, but I absolutely love the Marriott they also provide a shuttle service to the haram, also which is a plus point you get to hear live prays in your room which is fantastic, the staff were polite and professional.

The overall experience was more than OKAY. The bell boy was really helpful. The room we had having quite big size with free extra bed, spacious bath room which is more than our expectation. The shuttle bus was always available 24 hours to/from parking area near to Haram King Abdullah gate. You can ask to provide wheelchair if needed for free. The breakfast was also good (especially falafeel we like it a lot) The suggestions are if possible to provide at least two shuttle buses always available then it would be great, the room that we had was little bit dusty, it could have been better than that.

The hotel is really neat and tidy. I really liked it from the mesmerising architectural and interior design to the amazing services and delicious food. I really wish I had stayed in it longer. :')

Good and clean hotel. Service is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is slightly far away from Alharam. They have a shattle that takes you to from up the hill to down on street but still long distance and you might take 20 minutes to reach the door of Haram. Room require more accessories to be perfect. There is no mirror in the bedroom, telephone is far away from the bed so every time you need to go to the desk to answer the calls and sometimes it might be wrong number.

New and nice hotel. Food was superb. The hotel was not far from Masjidil Haram.

The rooms are neat, spacious and well stocked with basic necessities. Hairdryer and ironing board included for those that require. The breakfast is a special affair that caters for almost every individual's whim… which with a client base from around the world; that says something! Shuttle service to and from the haram is efficient and prompt. I would easily stay here again.

A very good hotel with decent room size. It also located nicely with easy access — minimal traffic — going in and out Al Haram. Don't forget to bring your own universal power plug adapter for electronics. Update: now the hotel has one universal power plug in each room.

Wonderful experience at Marriott Makkah, wide selection of food for breakfast, excellent house keeping and management, will definitely consider staying here again… We didn't walk to the Haram, the shuttle was always available to take us and bring us back The only negative factor was that the room smelled of smoke — housekeeping manager couldn't do anything.

It’s 15 mins walk from Kaabah but well you can walk right that’s why came for pilgrimage? I’ll pick this hotel than the clock tower one cause it’s cuter and beautiful and people are nice.

Great service: small cleaning issue inside the wardrobe.

I like the room. But what I hate is the house keeping, I put the sign for cleaning but they don't come! And the other day I's out then I put the sign and called the reception but they didn't clean, AGAIN! Also the Ac at the restaurant wasn't working at some areas!

Close to Haram, shuttle bus always available, pancakes/waffle/egg Station for breakfast, free Wi-Fi, dnt know why the hairdryer is hidden in a drawer in the cupboard (took us 2 days to stumble across it), 2 medium size beds enough for an adult and a child to share. Would recommend it.

Nice hotel but didn't not have a direct exit that led to the haram like other hotels in Jabal Omar.

Good place but there isn't easy way to go to Al_haram for disabled people and the driver of the buses doesn't help.

Best breakfast, very close location and excellent service!

Very clean and the servise was fast but the problem was for people who use wheel chair its diffuclt to go back the road was not easy to go back to the hotel.

We came from the UK stayed here with family for 8 days. This place is really clean and beautiful, nice place, best breakfast ever! Good cleaning service its close to Al Haram walking distance few minutes they have another good service! which is bus service they take you from hotel and pick you back up with lovely drivers. Only the laundry is a bit expensive. One of the most beautiful thing is when you wake up in the morning by Azan for fajr is amazing we recommend it to everyone. If we go back to makka for zyarat inshallah we go there again. ALLAH guide us all and bless. Thank you all.

A varied breakfast that satisfies all the tastes.
Workers are collaborators and nice.
His only drawback is: 10 minutes walk to the campus but there are buses in the hotel door every 5 minutes, approaching the bar of the campus near the Unification House…

Nice Hotel, near Majid Al Haram just walk or there are sutle bus for 24 hour.

5* services offered, while arriving on reception fresh juices were served to me, very cooperative, carring and friendly management. Medical services are offered if required. Shuttle service for Haram even its closed to Haram 100 meter.

The breakfast was 3 stars. It is not good for old people because a little far from Haram. Rooms need more clean. There is no flop flips in the room.

Great hotel, stayed here for two weeks. There is a shuttle up and down the hill. Love the new feel of the hotel. The in room adjustable speakers are great. You can raise it to full volume for fajr. I only had breakfast at the hotel, line was very long but the food was good. Waiters were also very helpful. Lobby area is huge and comfortable, if you walk to the cafe there are seats by a fountain. Very relaxing.
