Good hotel, 15 minutes walking to Haram. But aometime due to road closed has to take diversion specially during Salaat time which take more time. And if you want transportation it become difficult.

All was good but they should work on their Wi-Fi services which is a big problem for foreigners.

Practical place to stay. Very near Haraam.

Quiet far for elderly people As it is the musafir are tired and then after walking 600 800 metres from the hotel to haram… inside the haram for tawaf and umrah becomes heavy on the elderly Otherwise all was good with the hotel, staff and surrounding area.

Decent hotel and 7 min walk to Haram.

The worst experience ever, I would suggest all to avoid this pathetic place, extremely dirty room, wid no room service at all, even after complaining the room service never appeared, The most discourteous staff ever, All sensible people r advised to avoid, If still someone wants to take this punishment atleast ask for 2 rooms if more than 3 people, dont deserve even a single star, had to select one star to post.

Room Key always problem. Meal Indonesian food good.

Standards room for stay for few days in Mecca. Located near tha Kaba and many street vendor and food shops near the hotel.

Good place for going to Al Haram (Macca). Approximate 7 minutes distance…

Environment is good. But washroom isn't that much good. And the waiting room are full of flies. Other things are normal.

Very small rooms. There was not proper room service there. Very bad experience.

No Star! by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. Its is about a kilometer from Haram (around a 10 minute walk). However, at busy times, which is most of the time roads to Haram are closed and the walk becomes more like a 25-30 min walk. There were times I could not get through the sheer crowds and was forced to read on the road out side the hotel. The hotel it self is best described as a zero star B&B but without the breakfast. The lifts are so small and dangerous that at best you can only fit around 6-7 average size people. I doubt whether any smoke alarms worked as, people were smoking and nothing happening. Our room was old, worn out very unclean. We had to call the cleaner to change the bed sheets as they were filthy. The toilet/shower was dirty and the shower curtain had what I can only describe as blood allover it. I had no choice to stay there as it was the only Umrah package available. My advice is keep well away from this hotel, pay extra and get a hotel near Haram. I. E. Hilton, Zam Zam etc… If your agents recommends this hotel, change your agent. A. R.
