Serving Indonesian food. The taste is not bad. But before my check out time, the housekeeping already put my things outside the room.

Very close to Haram neat and clean hotel helpful staff was upgraded from double to triple room. Would definitely stay here again. They made my experience a memorable one. Loved it.

Its good looking and the nearest hotel. There are many facilities. The style of after looking the guests is very goood. I really love this hotel.

Very Pathetic Hotel with Zero care of customer, they don't have feelings for any one, we in Ramadan having fast in 50"c temperature had given a dirtiest room with no AC working upon asking to change the room they have shifted us to other hotel and that hotel has also asked us to leave room we are sitting on roads with luggage even after paying more then £1500 for our 5 days stay. never ever book with this hotel! you will regret it as a worst experience of your life even you get it free.

Must've been a good hotel in its hay days. Now it's pretty beaten up. You can now also find hotels in greater proximity to the Haram.

Nice location at 700 m from the HAramm C is clean they offer good beef but the staff n is very welcoming.

Good hotel, good rooms, no house keeping you need to ask for sheets to be changed other than that it's a very good deal and very close to Haram.

Work of the pros, good reception, varied buffet, good service of the rooms, rooms own qualified staff.

Worst Hotel I’ve ever been to. The location is in a great place, their service is real bad. Drilling sounds at 12 am, room service gives old towels as new, carpets dirty, couches horrible. They don’t care about the customer at all. They just do whatever the f*** they want. No one can do anything. Do not come here. For the price you’re paying, you can find a different hotel that has much better quality in terms of Customer care and rooms.

Good hotel, near with market… But not too good in services, there's no towel and tissue in bathroom… The staff not quite friendly…

Reception was helpful at time of arrival. The person at that time on duty was really cooperative. Room is small but still manageable. I read some reviews about cleanliness issues but to be frank I not faced any issue related. Staff is really cooperative. Breakfast is good. Distance to Haram is on top of all facilities. Overall my stay with Family was comfortable and Inshallah will prefer stay in future.

Very convenient location. Four to five minutes to the Ajyad gate. The accommodation was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our check in time was originally for 2pm but we arrived at 10.15am. We were asked to wait for one hour and by 11.30 we were in our room.

Perfect to enjoy prayers in the Kaaba.

Very nice experience. Neat clean place. Haram at almost walking distance leading to King Abdul Aziz gate.

Good thing is its near haram. But room service is not good. They dont attend you on time.

Great experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean and the customer service was superb. My favorite part was the food at the restaurant. Specifically, the breakfast spread! So many options and all very fresh and delicious. The chef there is amazing! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and would go again!

12-17 March 2016: I stayed for 5 nights and I recommend it. Cons:  1) my room was terribly small, I think worst room in the hotel (no. X02) we were 3 in the room, we cant even move inside the room. Take care any room ending in 02 has the same setup 2) Wifi available only at lobby 3) 1 water bottle provided in the room 4) room service was not v good, they came upon calls however the guy doesnt put enough supplies as if ge is putting from his own money. Guy told me that no need that all switches work so I have to live with the issue! 5) U can never depend on the refregerator in the room Pros: 1) not v far away from haram, around 7min walk in the streets, some lucky rooms have haram view 2) room has a nice blanket, haram chair, praying mat, kettle, hair dryer and refrigerator 3) 5min walk to a supermarket, money exchange and pharmacy ; all in a mall under safwa hotel or right under the hotel 3min walk 4) Pictures inside room are amazing 5) has av nice mosque in case u arrive late to haram and u are not allowed to enter it, u can pray in the hotel with the same broadcasting from haram with same emam.

I spent 5 days in this hotel excellent room with the veiw of haram. Ther breakfast was amazing. It was an amazing experience.

I have spent a wonderful week, rooms are quit large with sofa and amazing window looking. The team work hard and keep smiling.

I'm come from Tuban-East of Java Indonesia. Traveling for umroh till January 5th. This hotel are Confortable, pleasant services, clean, everything is good. We recomended to you stay here when you traveling for hajj/umroh. To masjidil haram for about 5 minutes. One less for this hotel, menu/meals less varied.
