Good experince but they offered shuttle service which isn't free, it cost 3 sar in normal days while during ramadan it'll cost 6 sar per person. Rest is good, cleanliness, room service, dine in, all are satisfactory.

Very nice place purely cozy good staff very kind kitchen simple words there is all OK.

Good time spent there. The food was delicious with lots of variety in iftaar. Staff was hospitable and its just 3 minutes bus ride to Haram.

Pretty much loved it. Great rooms, clean, spacious, and satisfying relative to price. Staff are helpful. Buffet is great. However, it is relatively far, but with the saptco busses this problem is overcomed!

I like the overall service. They have plenty of elevators. They clean the rooms, but not under the beds. They don't offer wall adapters. They breakfast is average and mostly processed food.

I always enjoy the location and the room, although they don't actually fix the room while staying for short period.

Pathetic. Never book this hotel. The service is extremely bad. There are a lot of other hotels. I booked for 2 nights but I will cancel the second night. Suggest never go for this.

I stay at the hotel for umrah pilgrim in Makkah. The room is clean and services are good. I like the meal they were served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is far enough from Al-masjid Al-Haram but free shuttle service to masjid Al-Haram available in front of the hotel every 10 minutes. The free shuttle mostly crowded at the prayer time, so you can choose the other buses with 2 SAR fees to pay, it is normally better than the free shuttle. Both free shuttle and paid buses are high steps, not recommended for elderly people. There are convenience stores and restaurant near the hotel. Souvenirs shops are also available around the hotel, but if you want to buy a lot of souvenirs in lower price, I recommended to visit Jafariah Market. The market can reach by taxi from the hotel with SAR 30-50 (depend on your bargaining with the taxi driver). You can easily found taxi parked in front of hotel.

Great place to stay with ease of 24 hours shuttle bus to Haram (after every 5-10 minutes depending on prayer timings). In room breakfast is superb and only costs SAR 21 inc VAT. Clean rooms, nice lobby, free Wi-Fi and plenty of escalators makes it ideal choice for piligrams.

The hotel is great. Hospitality, cleanliness and services are very good. The only negative point, is the transportation to the Haram. It was too bad. Especially, at the parayers time. Free buses are common for several hotels. So, they get crowded alot in a very bad way. There are other buses with fees to pay, they normally better than the free ones. Unless, you are late.

Hotel facilities are excellent. Very far from haram. Good access to public transport. Limited breakfast options.

Awesome hotel, good service from manager and employees they helped out to arrange cab for ziyarat and with other things, Thumbs up to them.

From a value for money aspect, I would rate it as excellent. Otherwise, it is way far from being a 4 stars hotel. Rooms are clean but service is bad. Location is great as is very close to Haram with free shuttle service every 15 mins.

Excellent experience! Was worried as I have chosen from online. My family liked this place a lot. Specially because of the free shuttle service to Haram masjid every 10 minutes. You can go and return any time you want. Suggest you bring food from outside to save some money. Inside food is expensive.

I tried it like 3 times so far… It's Clean, regular bus to Haram, good price and various dishes at breakfast.

Stay and other services were fine. Friday shuttles from masjid are not often…

فندق جدا نظيف ومرتب وخدماته عاليه واسعاره تنافسيه استاجرت لديهم غرفه ثلاثيه كانت واسعه والشباك كبير للتهوه ودخول الشمس وتوجد غلايه وثلاجه وبدوره المياه يوجد مجفف شعر ، يوجد بوفيه خاص بالفندق بمبلغ مناسب للجميع وباصات نقل من والى الحرم وتصل الى جهه الساحه الشرقيه للحرم بوسطه حيث مسافه سير دقيقه او دقيقتين للدخول في حرم المسجد الحرام. الاستقبال رائع وتوجد خدمه المطعم وطلبات داخل الفندق ايضا خدمه الغسيل للملابس ولكن تتاخر يوم كامل توجد خدمه كبيره في اسفل الفندق عن يمينه وشماله حيث توجد بقالات ومبيعات متعدده ومغسله و مطعم مشاوي تركيه يبعد الفندق عن الحرم مسافه ٧ دقائق الى ٥ دقائق بالسياره او الباص انصح الجميع فيه وربي يوفقهم ويزيدهم من فضله العظيم و ساعيد التجربه باذن الله لديهم مستقبلا.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I would not advise anyone to ever book in this hotel! Total rip off. Firstly when we arrived they gave us a top floor room even though we requested a lower floor room. Then, when we go into the room the ac and lights were not working. We trued calling reception but no answer. Cane all the way down n they gave us another room. But no common courtesy to get the bellman to move our luggage. Then they advertise a 24 hour shuttle between the hotel and the holy mosque. On friday, we went to the mosque and waited 30 mins in the scorching hot sun for another bus. We tried calling numerous times but no answer. Finally got back and when we asked the supervisor he couldn't be bothered. Terrible experience. Dont waste your money. Book a classy hotel that offers class service and keeps to their word.

Nice clean rooms, they allowed a late checkout. Exceptionally good price. Extensive restaurant menu & room service, very reasonably priced.

It's elegant and nice and their food is good. Didnt like their beds and the bathroom. They were too small. We signed for 2 adults 2 children and we were given only 2 small beds. My little baby fell off the bed. I hope they do something abt it.

The best hotel you can find in mecca, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free bus service, tasty delicious breakfast. But the Wi-Fi speed is terrible it's about 1.1 Mbps it's good for texting and massaging. Parking is crowded with cars and you scarcely can find a parking, the parking also is narrow so it's hard to fit your car in. The hotel is near to Al-Haram so the bus reach there in less than 3 minutes, you can find a bus in the bus station every 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is very tasty and delicious, the restaurant is very clean neat organized place.

What a nightmare! I was initially very rudely discarded as the staff at reception, who speak little or no English/Urdu, had falsely told me I hadn't paid for the room. Having completed my umrah and returning later on, I sorted out the mess caused by the hotel who failed to retrieve the monies from my bank. Every day, the hotel staff were very rude and ignored me. The simplest instruction like asking for room service proved difficult as no one would understand me and put the phone down every single time until I meet the cleaners in person who do speak Urdu. One of the bellman with long hair, didn't catch his name would stare at me and my wife and even barged me on the way in one day. The breakfast is terrible, how can someone get a simple dish like scrambled eggs wrong? It was like hard rubber! Don't be deceived, the bus service is not efficient and is NOT FREE. In Ramadan there is no hotel bus, you have to use the government bus for which you pay a small fee to use each journey and is very unreliable. To make matters worse, we had small cockroaches in our room who would casually lurk around our room and say salaam to us as they crawl up our headboard. So frustrated and relieved it's over! Good luck to all who use this hotel.

Too much nice and comfortable, reception guys are too much loaded yet they are very helpful and polite, the place is practically contains all what you need to have a quick visit in Makkah, breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvements. Cleaning level is sufficient and could be better if they want. Staff are working on silent mode that you can't even notice their presence and very polite, guest amenities in bath room should be changed as it's waste of money, T. V channels needs an update. The hotel could generate more money if they offer room service or mini bar facilities.

The bids were not clean. There were musqetos in the room. And the place smiles. The bus service was great.

Cramped. Bathroom shower floods. One towel for four people. Toilet seat broken. Bathroom faucet broken. Housekeeping never picks up. Call reception with issue, they say call housekeeping.

Good hotel. Not close to Haram but it offer free shuttle service 24/24. Breakfast is okay.

Great hotel and great location, shuttle running every 10-15 mins to the harem 24 hours. It's nice to always have a bus waiting when you leave the hotel or the masjid. Unlike many others in the bus drop off area.
