I really love this hotel. We usually do events their for our clients. The staff of the sales and marketing team/banqueting team are simply amazing. They have a very nice spirit. Their coffee break items are very well thought of and truly 5 star-ish. The view outside Al Nawar meeting room is just splendid. Will definitely be going back there.

Hello, I am a member at evania spa, I was very excited to spend my holiday there and I had a high expectation about it since it is considered to be a spa and a fancy club, so I went and took an appointment with the lady to show me the spa and after we finish she told very clearly that I can't take my money back I don't deny that the lady was very nice but she didn't told me about some very important point, like the schedule was full of classes that I really wanted to join and that's why I registered in the first place, then when I started my membership and went to the class room and waited for 15 min and nobody showed I went to the reception to ask about this class she told that this class is not available this month because the coach is on holiday! no body told me about that! And even the classes that were available were canceled 2 weeks after I joined This is literally a rip off, I was very disappointed, then comes the girls at the reception incredibly rude they make me wait every time I come and ask about something And about the swimming pool, the closed one, it was full of children like how am I suppose to relax and swim! And it was dirty Unbelievable Let’s put that a side the workers … what is wrong with them they are so so rude why?! That doesn’t make any sense That’s all I just want to share my experiment and am definitely never coming back again.

Great place Facing the sea Nice shisha Although it has some downsides 1 — music is unbelievably loud I had to shout to speak to the person next to me. 2 — you are not allowed to talk on the phone and wander around outside the café of which your table is in 3 — security there needs to learn some manners 4 — all 5 or 6 cafes are somewhat expensive so its like a once or maximum twice a month visit to this place.

Like the sea view and outdoor terraces. Nice room with sea view. Amenities in the room are generous with fruit platter, espresso machine, sweets, small gift… A bit pricy.

The resturant is good but not up to expectation. They are not forthcoming in their welcome. The air conditioning is warm and not adequate for dinner the me around 3 in the afternoon.

I haven't seen a perfect place like this in Jeddah. The food was delicious! Really clean place and kind workers. I would like to go again for sure.

Very fancy and elegant. I definitely enjoyed the room I stayed at. The bathroom was my favorite part of the whole thing. I also spent 2 days in the spa and salon where I did a full body massage and I got my hair done. It was a very luxurious experience. I think the only drawback was the employees who were not very welcoming in the restaurant. However, the rest was more than amazing.

The hotel is great located but not that much in cleaning. I had ask them for blanket they said we do not have. Because the hotel if fully booked really sorry for that it was my fault asking for extra blanket For suer next time in jeddah Rose Wood will be my choose as usual.

A lovely 5 star hotel in Jeddah. They have rooms overlooking the red sea and a good view of the famous Jeddah fountain.

Great place nice and calm. The only thing I detest was the staff especially the security guys. They were not cooperative or welcoming. Unfortunately they were cold and careless. Drinks are great and good view of the sea. (my review is about the coffee shops in there not the hotel)

Nice coffee shops and shesba especially Craze, but minimum charge is a disatvantage especially in weekends.

I like the hotel. Variety of restaurant and coffee shops Shesha is nice but need some improvements Just next to the sea side Room was wonderful and spa as well Price is reasonable. I enjoyed the place and hotel.

Nafoura restaurant has an appalling service for the price you pay. They did not honour the booking, and the person who attended us was arrogant and could not even break a smile (maybe it was his first time wearing a suit so he finally felt superior to others). Giving 2 stars only for the view.

I don't typically write reviews for hotels or resorts, so I'll keep this organized and to the point. Hyatt Park in Jeddah is a gem of a hotel with luxury oozing from every corner of the hotel. The room that I stayed in was quite spacious and well equipped with modern amenities. The hotel staff were very friendly. The gym is massive with pretty much all of the equipment that a professional gym may have. It was an absolute fantastic stay and id definitely go back.
