Very good hotel. Near to all shoping centers and restaurants in jeddah.

Awesome palce to stay. Very nice room, good service. 7" to 9" swimming pool. Good Wifi connection.

Good place to enjoy late dinner with friends and family. Nice location near to sea. Only need more parking places.

Bad quality bathroom Shampoo and Soaps.
I never want to visit this hotel again.

Today we had a official meeting there. Too good hotel with friendly service. Well maintained and hygienic. Also the iftar party was too good. I'm from India… Im always eager to taste new cuisine. Seriously I'm impressed… had a wonderful time.

This is situated at a convenient place which you can have access to a huge shopping mall, a supermarket and lots of restaurants. Rooms are nice and I saw a notice that at the moment they are renovating for more comforts. But I didn’t even hear a sound and it would not be a disturbance at all for your stay. As soon as you step out of the hotel there are plenty of restaurants in front of the hotel. If you’re dining here, food were nice. But it would be great if they could offer rice for the breakfast too.

This hotel is upmarket but very reasonably priced. The entrance is contemporary. The staff very helpful. Very clean hotel. The food is good, variety of fruit and food. Restaurant overlooking an outdoor swimming pool.

Staff was exceptionally friendly! Best and most comprehensive breakfast buffet ever, we sat down for nearly two hours at leisure. This hotel practically pampers guests, from a fully stocked mini fridge bar to regular preferred room service. Heck, I could leave my mobile phone at home and there was a fully serviced landline at my disposal. These guys rock!

Old and noisy rooms. Beds are poor, too soft causing backache, after a shower water puddles in the bathroom.

Hotel is just ok. Staff are friendly and restaurant door is decent, but many things not quite up to scratch throughout the building. Construction loudly taking place within the hotel sometimes at late hours. Mosquito problem in the rooms. Hot water is sometimes yellow out of the taps. Many improvements needed to justify a 4 star rating.

SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME and stay away from this "hotel"! I wish there is NO star to choose! The worst stayed ever. Old smelly furniture Paid 2000 SR for nothing, except bad 2 night.

Nice hotel but need more improvement and renovation. But overall it’s good.

In prime location. Parking is bit easy to get. Reception staffs are good enough. But back end people like maintenance and all are quite unfriendly to speak with even.

I'm reviewing the cafe over there next to the pool, I had a Cappuccino and chocolate dessert and I smoked double apples Shisha,, the Cappuccino and the Shisha were good but the dessert wasn't really good,, the atmosphere was calm and quiet.

Poor service, not so clean water in the tub. A bit brown and doesn't get better. People are not attentive. It's an old hotel but they are refurbishing. Just need to the same with staff. I think manager on duty needs to keep people in their toes. Maybe smile more.

Good hotel, good food, cooperative staff. Rooms are small but give a cozy feel. Breakfast menu is very limited, some more dishes could be added.

Front desk staff is very hard working Her smiles powerful. Service is sincerely.

Went there for the Sea Food Night (dinning at the restaurant) it was the most disgusting dinning experience; everything was simply beyond imagination. Before going there I reached them over the telephone asking what kind of food and type of fish they were serving and to be honest everything I was promised over the telephone was a lie.

Bad smells, bad mattress and paint flaking off the ceiling. Must admit the food is good but the maintenance sucks.

It's a nice place in jeddah. Location in very comportable place. Good looking atmosphere.

One of the worst stay I had ever. Very poor for a four star hotel. Stayed 3 nights. There was no hot water in the washroom. Complained 3 fays qith no response from the management. Ordered food waited for an hour. When called to check back they told there were no order in first place. Worst experience. If given with an option I will give a zero rating.

It's good for the events like Marriage Party with nice food.

Until Sofitel it was bad. Now it become worst. It's old too. By the way new Sofitel in at corniche.

Maintenance at day time with drilling and banging noices. Very unclean washrooms. They don't change linen or the towels. Hair strands and eye lashes under my blanket. Smelly pillows. Worst hotel ever seen.

Worse ever experienced. First the room has no safety box, where should I leave my money?! The bed is uncomfortable. The pillows are bad I woke up in the morning and my neck hurts. And there commercial showing a new rooms, but the reality it's not. I don't recommend it.

It so bad hotel it so sick at me all old No make food.

Very bad hotel, old rooms not clean at all, old and bad equipments, no good assistance from the crew, the breakfast buffet is very poor, I am wondering from some people how they gave good rate to this hotel! will never back again.

It is one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. There are cockroach walking around. The guy at reception says only "sorry". Beds are not well done. Equipments are old. Please keep away from this hotel.

The Hotel is absolutely filthy, mold in the bathroom and broken sink. The staff is rude, the Bellboys see in your Anzügern as if they were in the Berwerk work, everything is old. Here, I will not stay again.

Dont go there its the worst hotel I've ever been in. Small rooms and no place to charge your mobile Old furniture and smells very bad It deserves only 2 stars and it will be for the reception and staff only.

Had a fuckin child molestor in there allauddin. The owner did nt care.
