Good staff attitude overall good.

My experience in Marriott is we do live vedio while we are eating I didn't notice my bracelet fall down in the floor when we finish eat we go down and I notice my bracelet lost so Im thinking I lift in my home so while I replay the vedio I see that my bracelet fall down in Marriott so I go back right away but the said all crew denied…

I've been to some hotels for buffet lunch and dinner on weekends but so far Courtyard by Marriott is the best in Jazan. Food, service and people is superb!
Try their seafoods buffet during Friday night (2nd floor) and Filipino buffet at the Residence (downstairs). It's great as well.

Excellent hotel at gizan in a strategic location near the bay and adjacent to shopping mall.

As for Jazan the hotel considered very nice, and I would really recomended. You properly do not need a car to go shopping mall since the hotel is open to one.

Welcoming staff, and comfortable place. The hotel is on a shopping mall that let you need nothing from outside.

First I want to thank Mr. Tarek yahia, Mr. Raymond, Ranjeeth, abdel khaleq and mohammed and other staff in hotel which is one of the new and best hotels in jazan area. My review is concerned only for my membership renewal as platinium member. Spending 68 nights last year in the hotel wasn’t enough to renew my membership as the only aspect to consider in marriott reward progarm is the no. Of nights regardless no of stays nor the points earned or money spent! Unlike other reward program as being also platinium member in accor hotels and spire elite in IHG. My advice for those carrying gold or platinum marriott membership try to invest in radisson blue resort gizan or the new novotel gizan (opening soon in april 2018) You will be more rewarded and getting more accelerate offers. The choice is yours, I am only want to be not surprised when they reject your renewal due to missing 7 nights! From 75 thanks they are not 1 night, I hoped to know this earlier from the beginning of the year to stop staying again but no problem. Update:20-4-2018 they return me back to platinum member so I should thank them again and modify this review.

The place is great from room till the amenities. Excellent people from managers down to the cleaners but the best was the people in the kitchen especially the bakers, I love your pastries the look are so tempting and delicious. Till next time, thanks for accommodating us. We enjoyed our stay but I hope more freebies.

3rd class hospitality and staff is like bagger. One of staff bilal ask for tip through his gestures. Didnot provide service during my stay never recommend anyone.

A nice clean hotel that offers easy access to the city. The booking management system they have in place let's them down and caused confusion for the staff when booking in. The staff were friendly and can do enough to make your stay comfortable, however the staff seem to be to visible at times. The rooms were spotless and we're at a very high standard. The food was nice but did not cater for western taste. I happy to get a honey moon suit one night dispute being their on my own.

Excellent hotel having SPA and swimming pool open 06:00 Am to 11:00 Pm.

Fabulous cakes! A great place to stop and unwind with friends. To enjoy coffee and cakes in a relaxed atmosphere.

Nice place in general. A little bit far from the beach, so don't expect beautiful views. On the other hand, it located just a few meters from Al-Rashid Mall (the biggest on the region). Their rates are fine, and they have a very friendly staff, probably the best among others, from security guards all the way up to the hotel manager. Now for me to remove that fifth star, this is because: First, I didn't find toothbrush at the toilet. Second, although I have told them that I'm a smoker, they didn't provide me with an ashtray. Third, the refrigerator was empty. The only thing there, a bottle of water. Finally, I booked the room online, and finished the payment in advance through Marriott official site, but when I arrived​ at 18:00, I had to wait for them to check the room and make it ready.

Great views from the deck! Heavenly coffee shop with meal options, and Wi-Fi free. There is a business centre to send off that elusive e-mail… need I even say more?

Hotel little known but very nice to be in a suburban town.

Lovely place to spend a wonderful time and weekend shopping, attached to Al Rashed Mall.
