Excellent and friendly attention from all the staff, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the food delicious and the location perfect. I would definitely always return to this Hotel.

The breakfast area opens at 5:30 AM, allowing enough time to finish up a few emails before heading out for the day. The staff throughout the hotel is great.

This hotel is not what it used to be. The service staff is polite but they take eternity to get anything done.
It has now got a lot of scope for improvising.

The suhoor buffet during ramadan is a must try for the cozy ambiance and the whole peaceful setup. A good way to kickstart your fast.

Iftar is nice could be better Cafe by the pool service needs a little improvment.

Beautiful place to stay if you are in Yanbu Saudi Arabia for business, it is a short drive from the airport and the Yanbu industrial city. The continental dishes is awesome and staffers are very courteous.

Very good hotel and nice rooms. Very pricy for the amenities. The sheesha is not good and is a waste of money. Also, the rooms are freezing and I had to shutdown the AC most of the time to control the temperature.

With the renovation and new staff the place is phenomenal. Good food, great service, meticulous attention to details. Comfy rooms, and the staff will more than help you with everything you might need.

Good, not far from yanbu airport, Industrial city also near. And hotel charge is cheper than movenpick.
