Good to stay. Superb location and easy access to mosque.

Checked in today 08 Nov, terrible experience for this hotel brand. Unhelpful, unfriendly staff and receptionist.

Lounges and lobbies are great. Breakfast is excellent and very well organised. Support services are generally good. Internet is excellent. Bedroom is not that good but generally comfortable. On 2nd day, with my request, reception kindly gave me a new room which is much better than the previous one.

Good atmosphere, staff are very friendly and service is good 😊 keep it up.

Currently staying at the hotel and I have to say the hotel is definitely not a 5* and more a 3*. The hotel has some pros but the cons totally outnumber the pros. Initially got given a room that was very unclean with dirty sheets and blood stains on the carpet. The bathroom had a horrid smell. The courtyard I had as a view was full of rubbish and dead pigeons. When the bell boy bought my luggage to the room he stood at the door until I gave him a tip. I was going to give it anyway but the way he went about it was just wrong. Then I spoke to the manager who moved me to another room during the next day. The second room was better but still with massive flaws. The room again had cleaning issues as it was not spotless but was better than the first. The room is dated. The view was a partial haram view which was nice. Beds were comfy. Half the sockets in the room do not work. The fan in the bathroom does not work. The bathroom is very cramped. Overall a disappointing hotel The customer service is poor. Iv been waiting 2 days for a baby cot and keep getting told we will get you one but non arrive and get no calls to say why. The pros: — close to the haram — breakfast is very nice and has loads of options — on top of a mall so convenient for essentials as the bin Daawood is just downstairs.

It's so nice and mostly they will nice to entertain the people.

However I forgot my apple AirPods in the room when I checked out, I called the hotel desk later that day from home and they confirmed it and asked to send someone to pick it up. I sent someone over after a couple of days and they handed over the AirPods and to my shock I realized they changed them inside (one was new generation and other one was older generation), I contacted them about it and all they could say was we will look into it and never got back
Being a 4/5 star hotel they are not supposed to touch the belongings customers leave behind let alone change them

Wonderful super good staff and everything is clean and nice.

This hotel is very close to masjid e nabavi. It has haram view. You can sit in room and can calm your eyes n heart with the view of masjid e nabavi and rooza e rasool. Room service was fantastic. And especially in these pandemic days hotel management has very good arrangements to avoid it.
