Ok. But not upto the expectation. Car parking was very much limited and often occupied already. Hence we should consider car parking is almost not available at any time.

Nice hotel, located to Haram close by to Gate-5. Cleaning is excellent, Reception staff is slow. Quite expensive during Ramdhan season. One Baqalaa store is available in same building, Pakistani restaurants are also. Located in. Just few 100m distance. Light shawarma shops are also there.

It is very close to Haram (less than a minute walk) so very good location. The rooms were mediocre. If you are alone then it may not be a problem but you may get a bit frustrated if with family.

Poor service with staff having no desire to improve, unclean rooms with dirty bedding/linens, dirty washrooms.

Cluster of good hotels opposite to green dome near gate number 2 and 3 of haram outer boundary this hotel is ideal distance to take great views of green dome and central baqi area recently completed building with free Wi-Fi and eager staff the usual.

They redirected us to another hotel and it wasn't the hotel we choose, purely because they had no space. I had a reservation and I had paid and for them to change my hotel choice is very wrong I received a very bad service and I am shocked. I would this hotel does not deserve a 3 star rating. The service was poor and I hope nobody else comes here. How they decide to redirect me after my 5 hour journey at 1 am I do not understand, I am very upset about this.

Location is excellent. Outlook quite good. Overall cleaning conditions very good. Rooms are comfortable. Food is however not good. Staff also generally highly discourteous and useless.

Food is ok close to haram, house keeping people are good, but if you want indian pakistani food it is too far.

Deceptive photos, rooms are incredibly dirty, bathrooms are very small and cramped, service very slow and poor. Overall not worth even at a budget price.

Best best best best best hotel for staying in madinah. I stayed here for 5 days. Really good location like 1 or 2 minute walk maximum. Opens at gate 5 of masjid e nabawi. Extremely cooperative management. Quite annoyed by room service guys because they were interfering in everything. But the management and reception service loved so much their service and their special care for elderly visitors.

Not very crowded like large hotels, calm and peaceful atmosphere. Service is good but they dont have any restaurant in here. Thats a minus point for me.

Very nice comfy and cosy place. Very close to masjid-e-nabvi for men but far from women's salami gate.

Near to nabawi, alot of stores around there.

It's ok for basic accommodation. Don't expect anything luxury. Had breakfast one day and my stomach was upset for 24 hours. Took the hotel as it was the cheapest I could find in a short time frame.

Hotel is good. Service Quality is very Poor. We live there 8 days and keep complaining about some issues in Wash Room but same we’re not resolved till last day.

Small rooms + washroom. Dirty carpets inside room. Bad Wi-Fi (practically didn't connect) Good location near gate 5. Pakistani food hotels 10 mins walk in opposite direction of mosque.

Very bad attitude of the saudi receptionist just playing on his phone and answering in very rude manner will not recommend rooms has so many issues.

The hotel was so bad the rooms look like hit had never Been cleaned in like 2 months if you wanted to eat something you would have to go to the hotel across the street and the bathroom was so small the shower was about 1m to 1m if you have enough money get a better hotel and don't waste you money on this hotel.

Affordable place to leave beds were to small for big people.
