I have stay in Al Ansar Al Jadeed from 23rd May to 5th June 2018. Very good service but Wi-Fi so week.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms and late checkout time.

Good place to stay. Have reasonable size rooms with good washrooms. Neat and clean beds. Friendly staff.

I stayed in this hotel in oct'17. Haram is located around 350m (3 min walking distance) away from the hotel. The breakfast was awesome. Lot's of varieties were available. And each day there were different items to eat. There were lack of room slippers as the owner of the hotel went on vacation. That's what I was told. The movenpick cafe in lobby was also good with lots of icecream and coffee options. They need to improve the room decoration. It was too old fashion and there were lack of sockets for charging devices. Dominos is located just beside the opposite side of the road. The hotel staff understand English. Yes I would recommend to FnF to stay in this hotel.

Not that good as seen in the pics. Rooms are small n service is not good as eXpected. Plus point is its near to haram. Only 5-7 mins straight walk to gate No. 17 of Masjid I Nabawi.

Very close to Masjid e Nabwi (5 minutes walk). Spacious rooms n Wi-Fi is available in lobby n rooms.

Located within 5 blocks or around 10 minute walking to the gate 17 of Al Haram which you have to take another 10 to 15 minutes to get into the front saf of the mosque. The hotel is just good but the buffet can be better. A lot of survenior shop around where you can buy typical stuff. You may try pigeon feeding which located within 2 minutes from the hotel. There are other hotels nearer between gate 16 and 25 (behind enterance of the mosque).

For few days to stay umrah, this place is not bad. Located near by the mosque with only about 3 minutes with slow walking is ample to us doing religious activities and little time for relax.

When you travel for "umrah", the hotel is very good place to stay. Location of the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi only 400 metre from the hotel, so you can walk to reach the mosque in 5 to 10 minutes.

Good place to be with family & friends. Nice location.

Nice place to stay but not for eat. But after all we going there for Ibadah.

Room is decent, nothing good. The food is terrible taste. 3 days experience isn't so great here. But still not too far from Al Nabawi mosque.

Faced multiple issues. Stinking washroom Communications issues Slow service Buffet breakfast not worth it. Lift getting stuck most of the times.

Been there to visit Madinah few days ago. The room was a bit small plus it had 5 beds! Fortunately, two beds were taken out for other families which then allowed more spaces. Location is nice, 5-10minutes walk from Gate 17 of Masjid Nabawi. Surrounded by many shops as well. The menu at the dining hall was a bit limited but it taste okay. Overall, a good place to stay ;)

Not good at all, no water and not clean.

The hotel's just a few minutes away from Nabawi. An above average rooms and decent service. Those who aren't from Arab should pick up decent Arabic to help out as the service lacks fluency in English.

Best location hotel in central Medina area, no trouble parking no trouble approach from main road sultanah or ring road sitten around haram, big reception area, rooms with extra beds to accommodate friends if you have in the same cost of your rooms, standard restaurants and other shopping areas.

Worst ever experience in Madinah Shareef. No room service, no exhaust fan the toilet. Very stinky room. No chair for sitting. Food is not good at all. I was here 2 months ago, it was much better than this. In Ramzan Shareef, this hotel is not good to stay. Better to do aitkaf in Masjid Nabvi. This hotel needs to improve in all areas.

Worst ever customer service, most incompetent reception staff I ever seen, I had to wait for 2 hours to get my pre-booked room done only because the three reception staff members are very busy in whats-app and Facebook chatting and they don't have anytime for customers. Worst ever breakfast and average rooms, the hotel don't even deserve a single star rating but the price they are charging is sky high (SHAME ON YOU). Try your best to stay away if you really want to have a good experience and enjoy your trip. To me it is better to stay open air rather than staying with dealing with such rude staff and such a bad place. REQUEST TO ALL booking websites please de-list such black sheeps.

Awesome So near to masjid e naabwi.

I have stayed in here, so near from Nabawi Mosque and that is the best point.
