Good Hotel with everything working and staff ready to set things right.

My wife and me (early 60s) booked this 3 day retreat after a hectic, week-long, wedding extravaganza in Kigali.
What a treat!
I cannot over-state what a lovely, calming, restorative venue this was.

Emee wa great Man. We enjoyed the place especially with his welcoming. Wifi was not working well. Need to have hand spray for the WC. Rest looks wonderful.

This is truly one of the best lodges in the area.

I really enjoyed staying at Maddy s they're super clean places good customer care and kind, good food and patience works and they help really fast when you need the help.

Food & restaurant not so good else for stay fine.

The view from the infinite pool to the lake is so beautiful. The food is tasty and the various rooms on the hill worth the experience.

This was a good hotel appropriately priced. Good rooms with hot water. The breakfast was great. Nice pool. Friendly and attentive staff.

Stayed for 1 one only. The hotel is decent, nothing special about the decor but great customer service and food was amazing and beautiful view. Thank you and I would definitely stay again.

Awesome place, views, food and service. You would not think you are in Africa.

Beautiful space on top of a hill overlooking lake Kivu, privacy and serenity are assured.
We all loved our entrees, main courses and drinks.
