Wow! This place is amazing! The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean and have everything you need for a long or short stay in Kigali. The location is fantastic. Centrally located and easy walking distance to several good restaurants. The staff is so diligent and friendly. I have stayed a lot of place’s traveling and I can’t imagine a better home base. If you can get a room here you should!

Maya residence is a beautiful space with a personalized and very efficient customer service. I very much appreciated he cleanliness of the flats, the availability and courtesy of the staff. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maya Residences Apartments in Kigali for an 8-day business trip, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of genuine care from the staff.
First and foremost, the apartment itself was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus for me as I enjoyed preparing some of my meals during my stay.
The views from my apartment were breathtaking, with large windows that allowed plenty of natural light to flood in during the day. In the evening, I could unwind on the balcony and enjoy the stunning sunset views over the city skyline.
One of the standout features of Maya Residences Apartments is its location. It's conveniently situated near a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. Whether I wanted to dine out, go shopping, or visit nearby landmarks, everything was within a short walking distance or a quick ride away.
The amenities at Maya Residences were top-notch. It was a great way to stay active and relax while enjoying the picturesque cityscape.
What truly sets Maya Residences Apartments apart, though, is the exceptional service provided by the staff.

My colleagues and I stayed at Maya for a week, and Di, David and everyone made it the best experience we’ve in all our travels. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Di and David recommended excellent restaurants and activities, and helped to arrange drivers. David arranged a one-day safari for two of us, and a gorilla trek for the other two. Everything worked out perfectly. We all loved our stay and highly recommend Maya to anyone who is going to Rwanda!
