I was pleased that the hotel has a medical center, procedures — narzan baths, hydromassage, ozone therapy, mud, and that’s not all that the complex offers.
For residents, free access to the sauna and swimming pool from 12 noon to 3 pm, the rest of the time there is a 50% discount.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location.
To my chagrin, everything else is unprofessional.
I booked the room after renovation. A wonderful picture… but in fact — with the windows fully open (very small, by the way) — it is impossible to stay because of the phenolic smell: either the building material, or the furniture is rubbish. At the same time, we also climb to the top floor without an elevator.
I had to change and got a deluxe one. Spacious rational room. But luxury is not so much the size and intricately sewn curtains… It is, first of all, service. The mattress is so-so, there is only one pillow, the cosmetics even look sad, the tea and COFFEE are not replenished! no at all, plain water too… well, the spa is included once, the rest is for an additional fee, and even with a complex recording system and extremely short operating time.
I always book spa hotels to go early in the morning or before bed to relax.
I’m writing in such detail because I’m a morning person and in bad weather it was sad to wait until the pool started working until 9 o’clock without coffee🤨.
I would like to advise the management to send employees (who are friendly and smiling — this is a super plus) for an internship at a good customer-oriented chain hotel, and not to skimp on the little things that make you feel good and want to return.
