➜ Booked in advance a hotel room for a family of 4. The space in the room is quite enough, the hotel is new, everything is done with taste, there is a playground for children, parking under the canopy, the dining room is wonderful, the staff are friendly, well, and the location of the hotel in relation to the sea for Lermontovo is very profitable. But there is a small BUT: in the price of accommodation could include at least breakfast, or make a dining room with the expectation on the spot, and not at the reception for coupons, for the family this way of food is too expensive.

Booked a hotel for 10 days for myself and my family. I made an advance payment. Suddenly, grandpa became ill. Naturally, I couldn't go anywhere. As a result, my grandfather was buried.
The money for the reservation was not returned, despite the fact that I explained the situation. They didn't even bother. I can't say anything about the hotel, but the attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired.
