Great location, menu, friendly staff and reasonable prices!

Not the first year of rest in Sanremo-if you come, you like. But this year the administration did not take care of the quiet rest of the tenants: first on the ground floor of the hotel burned paper, which was extremely cautious in our hectic time-there was nothing to breathe (23-1) at night and no one reacted to the comments-all were on the fire… Then up to 3 o'clock in the night bulldozer with a terrible roar under a window leveled a bulk beach, I assure, that there is a permission for night works though nobody has canceled silence after 23 hours. That this year with the rest did not catch… At that, the hotel rooms are all wonderfully cleaned and the contractual obligations on accommodation are fulfilled. There is another inconvenience: the trains go to the place of residence in the evening, and from the hotel we are asked to leave at 12. Where I stay 6 hours with a small child, the question is not solved-it is a misfortune of all hotels on the coast, it is necessary to consider the hourly stay with a surcharge.

Good but expensive! Staff friendly, cultural, polite. On the floor The sand is white, creates a feeling of the beach! There are chairs and sofas for 2 people and for big noisy companies. There is live music and other entertainment programs for guests.

An institution with a large claim to the highest level of consumption with a high kitchen. External attributes are more than appropriate, design and especially location and sea view. The staff is not in the same level as the quality of the food, despite the level of presentation and decoration. The prices are high, but to Montecarlo do not reach)

Now about that did not like! In the afternoon when strolling along the waterfront went to book a table, booked indicated what is needed, about all kind of agreed! In the evening came with his wife and daughter, our table is busy, a girl of 18-19 takes us to the corner of the restaurant where everyone smokes hookah and say this is our table… Called the Administrator and explained everything to him trying to keep the emotion to himself, in 5-7 minutes, the administrator made a decision:) Transplant a couple who was sitting near our booked table: (Not very nicely the issue was resolved! The rest was not bad, but… Before the wife ordered a dessert, I went to the receptionist and asked for dessert to put a candle as a birthday! I was promised that they would do everything in the best possible way and I returned to the table with a calm soul! And when the wife chose a dessert, the waiter came back just with dessert… I have got a waiter, saying you have not forgotten anything… As it turned out he was not even aware of the candle… Ran away with dessert back and in 2 minutes with music and candles came running back! The surprise did not really turned out!
The evening at us still succeeded, the wife is happy, the child is happy, and therefore I!

Excellent cuisine! Could surprise, although it is already difficult to do, I confess. At the same time ordered with his wife dishes more for a light supper (baked eggplant under the sauce Tom Yam, pancakes of zucchini with Caviar Pike), were not hungry, and very much wanted to sit in a cozy atmosphere, admiring the sea. Great view from the windows, nice rooms, big loggias, nice to sit in the evening to the sounds of the sea, tasty breakfasts, but the buffet does not always work, probably depends on the number of guests. In the absence of a buffet breakfast is also not a big choice, and drinks are not limited in both cases. Also the hotel has a good location 5-10 minutes to the most popular places in Sochi.

Expensive, but very high quality. Tasty, refined, good serve, interior, atmosphere, live music, menu and kitchen. Not for every day, but if you want the atmosphere and pleasure, then here, you will not regret. Do not feel sorry for a single ruble spent. The noise of the sea, the view and the atmosphere in general, very dignified. I'm happy.

At the entrance we were greeted by a group of at least 5 people. No one greeted:)
Sat down at the table, approached the hostesses and silently applied the menu, silently withdrew. Guys is an epic Feil!. Given the price tag with the claim:). Maybe they wanted to save us from being poisoned, could this be another explanation:)
I believe that where there is no management staff stupid to look for a normal kitchen.
It sounds strange, but in Sochi there is a problem with restaurants, although they are here at every step. Of all the visited for 3 years can be noted "sail" on the promenade in the Olympic Park. And a pleasant experience left the restaurant in Skajparke. You can see that the guys are trying, albeit limited in products.

Visited this restaurant on the advice of friends, when rested in Sochi in early September. A very worthy institution-a great design, a view of the sea and, most importantly-a wonderful cuisine! All in all, we had a great time and had a tasty meal.

The restaurant is clean and good location. Sand floor and great sea view! What could be better?! The waiters are polite and service is on top. But all this starostienko. Most importantly, it's delicious food. Even the most common dishes in the restaurant, interestingly decorated. Very tasty cooked. Of course, a couple of chips from their dishes they borrowed)

Overpriced, very slow service and food was compare of what you can get on any chain or mall restaurant. I ordered a grilled local fish that took 40 min to be ready (with almost not people in the restaurant) and cost 3400 rub I don't mind paying for good tasty food but this didn't worth it.

Copying your review on Tripadvisor. Lived in this hotel from 2 to 5 Jun, 14 and 15 rooms. From pluses — Good location-first coastal line. Your section of the beach. A restaurant with good food. From the Windows of the hallway to see concerts at the nearby club. In the tub a wide set of disposable supplies. Many choices of tea, coffee in the room. Generally positive impression of the hotel the first two days until it started to rain. Cons — at the door to the balcony, laminate swollen and deformed. In the bathroom the stretch ceiling leaked and now there hangs a huge bulge (on the 1st floor). Asked the clerk to call the repairman promised 12, but he never came. Toilet slightly wobbly, and the shower water comes out sooooo slowly (a minute washed — minute wait until the drain). Night in the room rushing hard. Calls do not work, METAL doors need to be pressed, otherwise open from the draught. From the ventilation is awesome you can hear street music. Refrigerator cools barely. The first night came off the lid from the kettle and scalded hand (the kettle was replaced). The cleaning lady came on time the first day and on the weekend, apparently cleaning is not required and I had to remind them FOUR times. Well, the smells from Breakfast until late dinner in the room. The phone is not available in all rooms. Night work is drilled, nailed, boom. "The boss said until the morning to finish" and one morning nothing was done.

Great restaurant with seafront view — the water is right below you. The floor here has a unique touch: it's covered in sand! Very cozy, very bright. Lots a music! While this place is quite popular among tourists for its views and seafood, there is a catch — it's overpriced. The staff are attentive — but may come off as snobbish depending on how you dress. I would say look for alternatives in the area if you want fine dining that's worth its price point. Chaika at Sochi harbor comes to mind with even better views, and Sindicate Steakhouse without thr view but with better service and food quality overall. Much more worth their orice points, respectively!
