But today is 25.09.2017, a very unpleasant situation occurred: many know that Wim Air has delayed the flight. Naturally, all the resting money at the end of the vacation was spent in this beautiful hotel. In the end, we paid for the hotel for another half-day, and we kind of promised to fly off at night. As a result, the journey was cancelled altogether. The staff of Hayat were not in position and were ready to throw my wife and child into the street, despite the situation. As a result, Wim Airways is bankrupt. And I had to go for the night at 1:00 at night to look for an opportunity to transfer money so that they could still prolplatit the room until the morning! Total: Of course, Hayat is not responsible for airline companies, but working in the hotel business! Attitude to people is the most important thing. Thanks to the waitress from the room service for the timely delivered dinner 02.05 our number 1004. The hotel needs 15 such waiters and the service will be for five. I'd fire everyone else. Why? Slow or relaxed, not attentive, do not know how to smile. Yes. The hotel also needs to leave Cyril's pool bar. Cyril is very useful to the hotel. Why? Smiles, does his job super!
