How many reviews do not match the true picture of this hotel. First, there's no, not even a paid transfer from the hotel to the beach. Secondly, the kitchen and cook are terrible, as for sanitation (all hotel staff, regardless of employment, from the administrator to the cleaning man) and the soundness of the food (for example, we tried to teach eggs for a day and to convince them that they were very fresh). Thirdly, the administration has no idea of the status of the rooms. On the balcony, right on the doorway, the termites put their nest and tyrannized us for almost a week. We couldn't get through to the administration. They insisted that they were mosquitoes, although we included everything we could to protect them from mosquitoes. But it didn't work. Finally, after the mandatory requirements, the hotel administration took a question, inspected our premises, found the termite nest, cleaned and repaired the site. And the rest of the vacation in three days we managed to live without "bloodletting". However, there were no gestures of regret or compensation for Harry involuntarily collapses injuries (because multiple bites) and sick leave on the part of the administration. It was only after protracted negotiations that the 10 per cent discount in the last two days of stay was almost forcibly achieved. It is a pity that such a beautiful and well located hotel has such a terrible organization, administration and service.
