Hello! 24.07.2022 I booked a room in the guest house Lakshmi in Adler from 16.08.2022 to 23.08.2022. I called the hotel and the service of 101 hotels in advance and confirmed my reservation in a telephone conversation.
09.08.2022 right before the trip I got a call and was stunned by the news that there are no rooms in my hotel and they will not move me in. Technical support 101hotel refers to a technical failure, does not offer any solution. Apparently, my number was added to the emergency and I can not get through.
I highly do not recommend taking hotel rooms, these are scammers!
