Lucky enough to get into this "lovely" place. At the entrance we were greeted by an elderly lady with a dissatisfied face-Natalia (receptionist) who took us to the room. We took money and passport data, but the contract was not concluded. There was a night, the room at first glance seemed to us decent-stayed. A few days later it was discovered that the whole bathroom was in mildew (the main part between the ceiling and the hinged ceiling, which had a hole that made us discover mold). We addressed to the Administrator with this problem, to which we got the answer, that except us nobody complains, therefore it does not want to understand anything. We decided to move out, which we notified in a week and asked to return less than half of the money that we paid. On the day of our departure was to arrive the hostess of the hotel to resolve the situation, but eventually she limited to a phone call. On the phone, she made it clear to us that we are no one in this hotel, and that for the money we paid for the rent, we have to "lick" the whole room and clean it from the mould. In return of money of course has refused. By the way, we were there in February-paid 10 000 rubles.
When we moved we stayed in the room some things that wanted to pick up later as the room was paid for another 2 weeks. But they changed the code from the front door, so we just couldn't get there.
In general, the impressions of this place were not the most pleasant.

A wonderful place! The sea is near, close to a shop, in 10 minutes of walking the oceanarium, it is necessary to stay still in the Santa Barbara, very acceptable prices!
