The hotel is nice but the design is modest. The hotel itself is small.

Staff was super nice, friendly and helpful.

The best apart-hotel in Adler! Was here last year and just recently returned from there. Has only gotten better. At the height of service, daily maid service, in room mini-bar and safe. Came to Adler with children. I love Adler, as for me this is one of the best domestic resorts. This is the third year we stop with the whole family in apart-hotel Forward. Visited old friends in Adler, as they have a small apartment, rented ourselves a hotel room Forward of the accommodation. Was pleasant surprised. We in Barrie closed almost every year. Several seasons stop at Forward. Were here and this winter when skated in Krasnaya Polyana. Turns out, the accommodation is cheaper, but the comfort is not affected. The hotel cozy and warm. Stayed at this hotel in January 2015 onwards. We arrived in Adler cheer for my niece, she gave performances in figure skating at the Olympic village.
