Nothing special, just one of peak of Caucasus, Rosa Peak is higher than Alpika cable car peak and no waterfalls as on Rosa Peak.

Quite a decent resort. Modern gondola, which can deliver you from the level of Krasnaya Polyana, about 500 meters to the top 2200, no transfers. At the same time you can get off at will on intermediate points. Downstairs covered parking, but the machines for payment worked only at the exit, so the departure was a small queue.

Good location for ski gurneys on Alpica and Laura. Near the station, the promenade for walking on Rosa Khutor. Soma hotel. If it can be called so it is a former hostel, cozy, the staff is friendly, the rooms are very simple equipped, at the very minimum, there is no TV, the kitchen is common on the floor. Excellent heated parking for the author across the road under the under-the-shoulder. The price for such a hotel is expensive.

При желании и должном уровне отваги отсюда можно уехать на южные склоны Розы, да и до само́й вершины Роза-Пик здесь рукой подать, можно дойти пешком… Ну а так, Альпика – идеальный вариант выходного дня, когда на Розе километровые очереди)

Good alternative versus Rosa Chutor.

For me, Alpika is the opening of the year. First, thanks to the new open areas of Catania, and secondly, because of the station itself. Parking right there, close by. It's more comfortable than a rose, to be honest. And the prices are lower than in the neighboring resorts.
I would like to mention the restaurant-bar "the same Munchausen", very tasty, lovely serve and staff.

Perfectly prepared trails. During the season, the people are not many, which allows plenty to skate (all crammed in Rosa Khutor-there at this time real murovejnik). The view from the top opens great, in good weather you can see the sea.
