Ужасно. С меня взяли 2500 руб за койку в общем номере. Пришла — кровать не заправлена. Какой-то мусор на столе. Непонятные типы шляются в халатах и ведут себя запанибратски. Непонятно кто вообще руководит этим всем, кто может решить проблемы. Фена в номере нет. Так называемый завтрак включённый в проживание — невкусная овсяная каша (не шведский стол, который предоставляется за те же деньги в других отелях). Никаких трансферов до подъемников — идите сами как хотите со всем оборудованием. Естественно, ни с одним пунктом проката у них недоговоренности на предоставление скидок на прокат для их постояльцев. Пыталась разрешить хотя бы самые базовые вопросы с администратором и кухаркой, они ответственность на себя не берут, указывают на руководство. Звонила и разговаривала с владелицей Натальей, но ей все равно, на все ответ — что это койка в общей комнате. Тогда и цена должна быть гораздо ниже, раз сервиса никакого! В общем, если хотите нормально отдохнуть, обходите это место стороной.

Great hotel, just excellent staff. The atmosphere is amazing. This hotel has a sauna, swimming pool, excellent home cooking (price tag is very happy! ) Lovely BBQ area, fantastic view. The rooms are basic but clean. In the evening games with guests (a large selection of games) fireplace, just awesome hostel! Everything is very cheap. They were leaving with tears in their eyes. We were luxuriously spent, prepared a lot of food and overindulged US goodbye. Zhenechka Administrator is just a miracle! Solve all problems quickly and efficiently. Crazy about this hotel!
