Safe Air Conditioner Kettle

We are very happy to offer you our wonderful and cozy accommodation - double rooms in the Guest house "Arina".   Our location is just perfect: we are located in the very center of the city, and the central sandy beach is only 400 meters away (yes, this is the first coastline!).      Due to its convenient location, you will not have to search for everything you need for a long time – supermarkets "Perekrestok" and "Taste of Villas" are very close, and "Pyaterochka" and "Magnit" are also within walking distance. And if you need a pharmacy or a beauty salon, we are happy to inform you that they are located right in our Guest House. Many canteens, restaurants and cafes surround our Guest House.   We have a cozy barbecue area on site where you can spend time with friends or family. And when booking a room for seven days or more, we give you three hours of free use of the barbecue area. (under other conditions, the fee is 300 rubles/hour).  In addition, our house has a shared kitchen with a stove and microwave, where you can cook your favorite dishes.  In this category, the room has a double bed and is located on the 4th floor, equipped with a balcony.  The room is equipped with a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and kettle. You can be sure of the complete improvement of each room. From hygiene: high quality liquid soap and toilet paper. Bed linen and towels are provided.  We want your stay with us to leave only the most pleasant impressions. Therefore, come to us and enjoy the comfort and joy that we offer at the Arina Guest House. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 1000 rubles is charged. The deposit is refunded within 1 day after the departure of the guests, after cleaning by the maid and checking the safety of the property. For heavy pollution of upholstered furniture and textiles, a fine of 5000 rubles is charged. We are ready to receive you and your pets – the amount for sanitary treatment is discussed at the time of booking.
