➜ Really excellent service and very udevil well-trained staff. From the sea far but there is a free Shuttle to the sea. Lived a week in September come again.
➜ In the hotel there is a place for children's entertainment but there was very stuffy. There is a buffet the food is average. I do not advise to go to this hotel, if you do not want to spoil your holiday: "Not all that gold that glitters … " The hotel is really beautiful with modern renovation (as in the photo in the advertisement), but the service is disgusting, or rather it is not there. We spent 7 nights there with our daughter. We were checked in at night after 3 hours of waiting in a dirty room from which tourists had just moved out. I mean, we flew to Anapa at 23.00 am about 12 a. M. The company Biblio Globe, which sold us a ticket, delivered us a transfer to the hotel, then at the Hotel Well we were "pleased": "No rooms" — and we more than three hours, tired of the road and hungry, had to huddle on a small sofa in the reception area (the same poor in anticipation of the settlement was three families), even the water in the cooler was not. Then we were placed "to sleep" naturally in dirty rooms. Assuring that in the morning will move to THE FREE, prepared for us rooms, on the reservation TF Bible Globe. We've been divorced. We were never moved to any other room, although the tour operator and the tour operator (called the Bible Globe hotline) and the guide assigned to us complained about the situation from the first minutes of our stay. I don't have any decent words for this hotel. Not at all. I thought that I would write at least one plus — NO, this will not happen. And all here, judge for yourself
The hotel is located on the highway, stands along it. It is 30 minutes to reach the beach just on the road in the heat. There is no question of any transfer.
Breakfasts which are included here — it's a star, guys — porridge (milk water) without oil, a gram 130-150 maximum, alternate with a piece of omelette grams 70-100, or with a thin piece of 30-40 grams of doctor's sausage. That's all! Seriously. On hand of tea — Princess Geeta (smells of last year's grass) and coffee nescafe, more sugar and boiling water in two teapots from the tap. Budget of breakfast — if you round everything and pull on the restaurant — 100 rubles and this is the maximum.
After an hour-long walk to the beach there — here, in the evening again have to drink in the direction of the beach at the same time — because here to eat NO, no shops or cafes or canteens. If you buy something with you, there is nowhere to warm up — there is no microwave in this hotel. The kettle will have to wait a couple of days for the room to be released. There's nowhere to walk. Except on the highway.
