Stunning hotel in the centre of Kazan, within walking distance from the main pedestrian Bauman street. The rooms are huge (chemistry was great), the interior is very nice. All accessories and even more — for baby's setki, shampoo and pasta. And even children's Slippers! My daughter is very happy :)
The breakfasts are hearty. Natural cappuccino will be waiting for you every morning! The staff is polite and helpful. Only positive impressions!

A very comfortable hotel. Very pleasant, unobtrusive and helpful staff. Very good buffet Breakfast, hungry not going. Nice interior, the rooms offer to the guests. Good bed, large bathroom, very clean. Convenient location to everything interesting and needed within walking distance. But city taxis are not very expensive!

Great price-quality relationship. A 5 stars de facto, but without the input areas and highlights of it. Rooms very spacious and clean. Modern facilities. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast very complete. There are other more centrally located but it looks more outdated.

The best place for a comfortable stay. To begin with, you will feel that this hotel everything is thought out to the smallest detail. If you arrive with children in the room put baby shampoo, robe and Slippers. Variety and quality of Breakfast is impressive. In Kazan will stay at the Ramada.

I stayed here for three nights during a work trip to Kazan. I found the staff at the front desk to be helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though the heating in the rooms is all centralized and very, very warm (I kept the window open all through the night). The breakfast is quite varied and the restaurant area is large. There is also a gym that has everything you need for a good workout. The location is also quite good-the Kazan Kremlin is just a short walk away, as well as the main street with all the shops. The excessive heating is the only thing preventing this from being five stars. Still definitely recommend.

Very convenient to the train station and lots of great restaurants. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was excellent.

(Experience from 2013) The breakfast was way better than in any other hotel in Kazan — and I've stayed in 3 or 4 hotels in Kazan. Service was great and the price is very competitive. Location is ideal if you only need to stay in the city for business, as it's close to the train station. At the same time, location is probably the only drawback of this hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the historical center and the area around the hotel doesn't feel safe.

Room's great, modern and clean, Wi-Fi cover all hotel area. Front reception staffs so helpful and very nice. Hotel located very near Kazan Train station and just 5 minutes walk to central market. However, should be aware if you would like a local guide to Sviyazhsk by hotel arrangements. Hotel's staffs told a whole cost in 8 hours, but my guide finished a day trip in 6 hours only. So it's not worth.

Can't say anything on the quality of the rooms, because don't have to live there. And here is the Organization of events just on a terrible scale. Manager absolutely incompetent, is tough. First voiced some prices, then, actually, are prices higher and for rent and service charge. Attitude to clients is very bad, I haven't seen in any hotel. Believe me, I have a very great experience in organizing and conducting events. The worst happened just 5 days before the event, I received a call, and challenged the fact that my event does not take place, although already invoiced (thank goodness, not yet paid) because they were on this day, it turns out, will serve what — the Government delegation! And me — what do ordinary people!? Invitations have already been sent out! Well, just awful! Dear managers! Be careful when select staff is your lack of professionalism! and respect for all people, not just our Government. Every you wealth and prosperity to your hotel!
