Excellent location, 3 minutes to the Kremlin and street. Bauman. The rooms are big, good breakfast. Everyone's very polite. The service is excellent.

A great hotel in the centre of Kazan. Cozy rooms, everything works. It's clean, it's quiet. There's a parking lot. Polite peosonal. It's worth stopping.

I loved this hotel. All employees are excellent & they know how to satisfy their customers.

The hotel is very much loved. Near the Kremlin, Bauman Street (which is called the local Arbat). The main thing is clean, spacious rooms, which have all the necessary, friendly staff. On the days of our stay at this hotel, it was my daughter's birthday, the host gave us a compliment in the form of a delicious cake and a bottle of champagne, it was nice and unexpected. We had an unforgettable weekend in the city of Kazan and of course thank you for getting to this hotel, so that our stay was comfortable. I'd like to come back here.

Very good location, at night silence despite the location close to the Kremlin. On one side is the Street of the Kremlin, on the other the park area (Black Lake). The main attractions are within walking distance. Very tasty breakfast (buffet). Free Wi-Fi. We recommend natural ice cream, my girls liked it. Cleaning in the rooms every day, also tea and coffee soluble and minimal water are replenished as you spend in the room). In the room 2 bedroom, sofa, table, 2 chairs, LCD TV. The air conditioning in our room was centralized overall, but it could be blocked by a shutter.

Breakfast was very nice. Few TV channels, and those that have work with interference. The hotel is very expensive to eat. I had breakfast included, fed well. Coffee is brewed, not bad. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the Kremlin, the view from the window was not much.

Arrived on a business trip before the time of settling. Warned that the whole day is busy and the check-in will be after 18 o'clock, offered to leave luggage in a special room. The room was on the third floor, the first time was spent to the room. In the hall and hallways mirrors, sofas, armchairs, tables, chairs, not new in good condition, but the main is conveniently located for reading and socializing. In the room prices for mini-bar standard shopping, not overpriced. The room had two windows facing the neighboring streets. Bathroom sink, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle. The plumbing is all in excellent condition. Daily smooth replenished tea/coffee/cream and sugar, put 1, 5 liters of water Raifa source. It was noticeable that a wet cleaning is carried out daily.  
Overall, the hotel left a very good impression.

The hotel is beautifully designed, pleasant service. But the parking is uncomfortable-it is necessary to bypass the whole building. And a very small restaurant for such a hotel. At breakfast table free not find.

Super Place! Good restaurant! Breakfast buffet, with pastries, cheeses, sausages, yogurts, muesli cereals, salads, vegetable and fruit! And of course delicious tea and coffee! Hospitable and clean! The interior and size of the room pleasantly surprised!

Great hotel. The owner is Italian so the service is up to par. Restaurant with real Italian cuisine. Cook himself the owner so the food is very tasty and high quality. This is great! The room was clean and comfortable. It's like in Italy or at a hotel on the Riviera. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Knowing the story of this profitable house where the hotel is located, I want to give the owner of this hotel a low bow for the reconstruction of this building and the creation of an atmosphere of a certain age that is more distant than "communal".

Stayed in the Christmas season. The only criticism is the abundance of tile. The rest is a great hotel for your class. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great Italian Restaurant (especially when the owner of the hotel is in place). The location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very good. The rooms were different, two different types, one with a jacuzzi. Very cozy. There's a private pizzeria, but in my visit, it was closed. A lot of cafes around. The breakfast was very good in the city. The fifth day of residence is annoying. The coffee is delicious.

It's cool. Everything is in step availability. Room for 2 adults and 2 children for 3 nights-10200 p breakfast is a buffet. Italian-style hotel in the center of Kazan-2 min. To the Kazan Kremlin, the place is just super. There is WI-fi, breakfast, rooms with very expensive Italian furniture. We really liked it. Sen′eru Giuseppe respekt.
