It's a great hotel! Friendly staff! All at a high level.

Nice hotel, at first there were complaints about the room, but we were quickly moved. Breakfasts are gorgeous, the rooms do daily cleaning.

The room is clean and cozy and generally liked it despite the air conditioning disconnecting only with the electric flap, not the remote control. The location is great, not noisy, and in the heart of it. Interesting view from the terrace. You can come again.

It's a great hotel. We came with my wife for four days. Clean. It's a nice restaurant downstairs. Nearby is Bauman Street and the Kremlin. On the other hand, the hotel is far enough away from Bauman Street so that there is no noise.

My husband stayed here twice. I was skeptical at first thinking to myself if this is a good hotel or not. The first time we booked it was because his friend was staying here and that is how we ended up booking this hotel for my husband. And from what my husband tells me, this is a very good hotel. And my husband if he doesn’t like something, he will say it right away. Mostly, the people who operate this hotel are very hospitable. Every time I call the front desk, they are very polite and deliver everything I ask. The owner lady apparently is very sweet. My husband got a cold.

A decent middle-hand hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Cons: cold water in the shower (waited ten minutes until somehow warmed up), the same strange warm floor in the bathroom (two tiles at the sink, the rest is cold), and rosettes. There are no!
